Definitions

** Bank – DBS Bank India Ltd.
** Eligible DBS cards –digibank & DBS VISA debit card only
** Offer – Get INR 500 cashback on completing minimum 4 transactions with a cumulative spend of INR 2000 or above during the campaign period using your digibank & DBS debit card on Samsung Pay.
** Offer Period – 12th Feb – 12th March
** Qualified Customer – The offer is valid to all Samsung Pay transactions made using digibank & DBS debit cards(VISA only)

Offer Details

** Cashback is only valid on all digibank & DBS debit card transactions done using Samsung Pay.
** Maximum cashback in a month is INR 500/- per debit card.
** The cashback will be processed back in the customer’s account within 60 days after end of the relevant calendar month.
** Offer is only valid for DBS bank’s saving account customers and not the digibank Wallet/Virtual Card customers.
** The Bank reserves the absolute right to withdraw/modify the Offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

** This Offer is valid across all merchants in India only.
** Any transaction to fund a wallet or savings account using DBS debit card, cash withdrawals at ATMs or DBS Bank branches, void transactions, fuel payment, tax payments, mutual fund purchase or insurance premium will not be considered as a spend for this Offer.

** DBS Bank reserves the absolute right to decide whether the purpose for which the Customer has purchased the goods or services is for individual or business purpose. Under this, any goods or services purchased for any other purpose apart from personal consumption will not be eligible for cashback.

** Any tax liability, duties, levies by whatever name called in connection with the Offer shall be borne by the Customer.
** In case of any disputes, the Customer has to present the relevant payment receipts and debit card sale slips for further investigation by the DBS Bank. In all such cases, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
** This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion/offer running on DBS bank’s website

** DBS bank will use best efforts to ensure that the Offer is provided as described, but the Customer shall not make any claim or seek compensation against DBS, even in the event that the Offer is not provided or provided as described (whether or not such non-provision is due to fault, negligence on the part of DBS).

** These terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to debit card.
** Any dispute relating to the Offer or these terms and conditions shall be subject to Indian laws and the courts in Mumbai, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in such matters.
** Any Samsung Pay app related queries should be handled by Samsung Pay customer service team.
