Show Details

A. The Show shall be telecast on the Channel from January 01, 2018 from 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM (“Show Time”) everyday till such date as is decided by the Show Organiser in its sole discretion (“Show Period”) and shall be open for participation from December 21, 2017 (“Participation Start Date”) onwards until the Show Period.

B. Viewers will be able to send song requests and dedications to their specials ones using a simple mechanism via Whatsapp in the manner stated herein.

Any viewer interested in requesting for a song and dedicating a message shall send their requests, dedication messages and images in the following set format – Song code<space>Name<space>Message on the number 09666080000 through Whatsapp (“Show Participant(s)”). The song code will be posted on the Channel’s Facebook page and the same will be played as a scroll during the Show Time on the Channel.

C. Upon receiving the request, the Show Organizer will select the messages on a first come-first serve basis subject to receipt of the following details
(i.) Song Code
(ii.) Viewer Name
(iii.) Dedication Message
(iv.) Image of the Viewer.

The Dedicated message, name and image of the selected Show Participants (“Selected Participants”) will be flashed during the Show along with the requested song which shall be played during the Show Time.

General Terms And Conditions

1. The Show is open only for Indian nationals.
2. The Show is strictly governed by the laws of India including the Privacy Laws of India.
3. The participants must have attained the age of 18 years to participate in the Show.
4. Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited and any of its divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Show in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Show.
5. The Show Participants must give complete details in order to stand a chance to see their dedication messages and images on air along with their requested song during the Show Time.
6. There is no entry fee required to participate in the Show.

7. Show Participants shall not send or post any profanity or abusive messages for participation in the Show or on the respective Channel’s website Contest page/s. In the event of any such profanity or abusive comments posted on foregoing pages, such Show Participants shall be disqualified forthwith and SPN reserves its rights, in addition to removing such post, to take a legal action against such participant and/or user.

8. The Show Organiser shall not be responsible for any technical disruption and/or failure/server problems and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the participant is unable to register and/or participate in the Show.
9. The Show Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant from participating in the Show without assigning any reason. The decision of the Show Organiser in this regard shall be final and binding upon the participants.

10. The participants will need to provide their name, mobile number and image(“Personal Identifiable Information”) at the time of registering and/or being contacted by the Show Organiser and/or its representative. The Personal Identifiable Information is requested to identify the Show Participant and flash the details on screen in case the Show Participant fulfills all criteria stated hereinabove.
