NDTV Goodtimes 100 Happy BBB Brides Contest

The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the Contest titled #100HappyBBBrides (“Contest”), to be conducted by Sabyasachi Mukherjee and Lifestyle & Media Broadcasting Limited (“LMBL”) as part of the programme Band Baajaa Bride Season 8 (“Programme”) comprising of 13(thirteen) episodes.

Contest Period

This contest will commence on February 14, 2018 and end on May 16, 2018.

Who Can Enter?

The Contest is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only. Employees of LMBL & its subsidiaries/group companies and their families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Rules of Participation

1. Participants are required to follow @ndtvgoodtimes on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to be eligible for the contest.

2. Participants shall be required to answer 1(one) question during the broadcast of each episode.

3. Response of the question shall be emailed to bbb8@ndtv.com. LMBL shall pick 1(one) winner details of whom shall be forwarded to Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

4. Winner of the episode shall be awarded with a voucher of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) by Sabyasachi Mukherjee and the same can redeem only for purchase of any jewelry piece from Sabyasachi’s store. All taxes in relation to the gift voucher shall be borne by Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

5. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner(s).

6. LMBL shall contact the chosen winner(s) within seven working days after he/she has been chosen as the winner. The winner will have to provide their identity proof and complete contact details to the LMBL representative.

The winner may be required to submit (by post or email) copies of their Identity Proof (Driving License/Passport/Ration Card/PAN Card/Voters ID Card etc.), Current Address Proof (same as for Identity Proof) Copy of PAN to LMBL (Identification documents) before being entitled to receive the prize.

7. LMBL shall make reasonable efforts to confirm the identity of the winner(s) before sharing the details with Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

However, if the verification of the identity of the winner(s) is not possible due to any reason(s) including but not limited to, the inability to contact the winner(s), submission of incomplete documents, or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of LMBL, entitlement of the winner(s) shall be forfeited and details of an alternate winner shall be shared by LMBL.

** LMBL reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without any prior intimation.
** The contest and the winner details shall be promoted on the Facebook page of LMBL.
** It is the responsibility of winner(s) to ensure their contact details are current and up to date.
** Contest Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle you to win a prize.
** The Management of LMBL & its subsidiaries/group companies reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop this Contest at its discretion or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and being liable for any consequential losses/damages.
** Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by LMBL to conduct further or other schemes/contest.
