Idea Recharge Challenge for Gold & Car

The Recharge Challenge for Gold & Car – Season 9 (hereinafter referred to as a “Challenge”) is conceptualized, organized and conducted by OnMobile Global Limited in association with Idea Cellular Limited.

Eligibility Criteria to participate

This Challenge is available only to the Active Subscriber of Idea (prepaid) and who fulfill the following criteria:
** Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age;
** Subscriber must be a resident of India;
** Subscriber must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind;
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship

** Subscriber must have done recharge of any Top Ups (excluding combo packs, choice recharge, magic recharge and unlimited packs) of any denomination (“Applicable Packs”) on or before 23:59Hrs 22nd, May 2018. For any recharge done after 00:00 hours of 00:00Hrs 23rd, May 2018 Subscriber shall not be allowed to participate.

Active Subscribers of Idea who fulfill the above eligibility criteria and participate in/register for the Challenge shall hereinafter be referred to as “Participant/s”. The employees and family members of the Organizers and of their group companies, affiliates or associate companies shall not be eligible to participate in the Challenge.

By participating in this Challenge, You/Participant:
** Warrant that You have read understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions.
** Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that You have submitted.
** You are acting voluntarily, using your own time and resources to participate in the Challenge solely at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions are available on the website at the following address deacellular.com or on idea.contestzone.in (“Website”). The Terms and Conditions can be amended or varied from time to time or withdrawn and therefore, please visit the Website periodically to keep yourself updated and informed.

Nature of Challenge Procedure & Gratification

The Challenge is available on IVR, and SMS only. The Organizer may after taking consent from the Participant, send OBD to the participants to continue with the Challenge.
** To subscribe trough SMS reply “START” to 552560
** To initiate questions and start playing SMS reply “PLAY” to 552560
** To Subscribe and Play on IVR (Voice) by calling on 552560.
** Post obtaining the two level consent for Participating, the Participant will be successfully subscribed for the Challenge. The Challenge will be available in voice in English, Hindi, Telugu, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Bengali languages.
** All questions are in multiple-choice format and the answer to each must be selected from one of the two options only. For every right answer, the Participant will get one [1] point. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
** In IVR, the Participant will press “1” for option 1 or press “2” for option 2 on their phone keypad to answer each question of the Challenge. In SMS, the Participant have to reply “A” for option 1 or reply “B” for option 2.
** 1st Free question (general knowledge) – Participants will have to answer appropriately by Call/Reply on 552560, which will be free.
** There will be total 540 skill based questions. 6 questions per day. To start, post registration as above, dial 552560 or send SMS “PLAY” to 552560.
** After every answer, the Participant will be given an appropriate response followed by the updated score and given the next question and answer options.
** The Participants may discontinue participating in the Challenge anytime by calling 155223 / Sending SMS “STOP” to 155223.
** Participant can subscribe and unsubscribe to the Challenge any number of times during the Challenge validity.
** During the playing of the challenge if a participant drops call/ stops replying on SMS, the same day the participant will get the same unanswered question. Post which Participant will receive the nth question and (n+1)th question. If the Participant does not receive question for any reason, the same process as above has to be followed.
** If a Participant participates in the Challenge over all the channels (IVR/ SMS), the Participant’s score will only be cumulative and not exclusive for each of the channels.

Selection Criteria

Below is the selection criteria *for all types of gratification:
i) Highest score
ii) Minimum time **
** One individual irrespective of the MSISDN can win only one of the bumper gratification, monthly gratification, Surprise Zonal Bumperand Circle free bumper gratification.
** One MSISDN can Win Special Bike Week, Monthly Gratification, Weekly gratification, Daily Bumper gratification, Daily Early Bird Gratification, and Free Question Assured Gratification, only once in the Challenge.

The time taken for answering a question on “Voice” mode, is calculated from the time OnMobile’s system plays “beep” (after question) till the answer DTMF input received by system. On SMS channel time taken is calculated from the time system pushes the question till the answer input received by system, for the purpose of determining the relevant Gratifications under this Challenge, respectively.

Note:
If a participant plays the Challenge over all the channels (Voice/SMS), participant’s score will only be cumulative and not exclusive for each of the channels. i.e.: if the participant has started playing the Challenge on voice and has scored 2 points in 3 questions, if participant drops the call and resumes playing through SMS, the participant will be given the 4th question, and if participant answers the question correctly, participant’s score will be 30. And this will be the score that will be considered for the selection for all the Gratifications.

The Challenge is open for a limited period from 22 February7, 2018, 00:00:01 hours to 22nd May, 2018 3:59:59 hours, both days inclusive
