Process for 2nd Round Registration for National French Spell Bee 2015:

The second round registration starts as soon as your receive the results of 1st round and you may start registering all the 1st round qualifiers for the zonal level.

The last date to register for 2nd round is on or before 31st Nov 2015.

However; the second round may be conducted by you at your school on any day after 15th Nov 2015 post registration. All you have to do for 2nd round registration is to collect the registration amount for qualifiers and send the same to us ASAP along with the result excel sheet mentioning in the last column if the student has registered for 2nd round or otherwise.

The second round may be conducted by you at your school at any convenient day after the completion of registration with prior permission from our central examination team.

Fees details for 2nd round :

An amount of Rs.300/- ( rupees three hundred ) should be charged per student out of which the school will pay Rs.250/- ( rupees two hundred fifty only ) to Frehindi Education P Ltd per student by deducting Rs.50/- ( rupees fifty only ) as miscellaneous charges.

Level Playing field & invigilation :

To ensure level playing field we will be conducting the online zonal rounds under supervision of our invigilator for all zones where there are more then 5 schools per zone. For certain schools our team may bring their own systems if the concerned school does not pass our feasibility test of conducting the online test. The school needs to cooperate in this case & provide adequate support to the visiting invigilators.

Pattern of the Zonal Round :

** There will be a total of 9 questions only with two audios including dictation.
** It is mandatory to take the test online.
** The vocabulary MCQ or dictation will be only from the prescribed guide book.
** The maximum time will be 10 minutes per test.
** All questions will carry different weightage. For. Eg an audio listening may be having more weightage then a simple MCQ type question.
** Time will be captured for every test and in case of tie in marks those submitting test earlier will be preferred.
** In case we have a tie in time and marks at zonal round we will be conducting an offline tie breaker round at one of the leading participating schools to arrive at the 1st; 2nd & 3rd zonal positions.

Excel sheet for 2nd Round Registration :

You will be required to e-mail the result excel sheet back to us after completing the last column which indicates if the student has registered for 2nd round or otherwise. The roll number; USER ID & Password will remain unchanged from the 1st round i.e students will be using the same UI & PW of the 1st round while participating in the second round.

Certificates for 1st round participants are now available :

The 1st round certificates are available at out website www.frenchspellbee.org. Students may use their UI & PW given at the time of taking the 1st round to download their certificates in PDF format. All they have to do is login at the top right hand corner at the “Free Student Login” and this will take them to their dashboard from where they can print or save as PDF their certificate & also try out some mock tests.

For Eg if your UI for taking the test is ST01000 & PW is also ST01000; then u got to put that at the login panel and you will straightaway go to the dashboard. Please ask students to retain their UI & PW at all times. A teacher can also download the certificates from the dashboard by logging in with the student wise UI & PW mailed to you and give them out in the respective classes ASAP and this will encourage other students too.
