Participant needs to do at least one DTH recharge transaction of Rs. 100 or more on Paytm platform using Promo-code “PAYDTH” to become eligible for participation in the “PAYDTH Contest” (hereinafter “Contest”).

A Participant(s) is allowed to participate in the contest multiple times during an entire Contest Period and can make as many transactions possible using promo-code “PAYDTH”. More transactions will increase the probability of winning of a participant. Paytm reserves the right to disqualify any transaction from participation in this Contest.

Contest Period

This contest is valid from 1st February, 2018 at 00:00:00 hours till 28th February, 2018 at 23:59:59 hours (both days included), hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”. This Contest shall not be applicable for the participants of the states where any such activity is expressly prohibited by Law, as applicable.

Winners Criteria

Three (3) Winners will be selected randomly, after end of Contest Period. The winner will win Rs. 26,818 Paytm cash* (hereinafter “Prize/Gratification”), after deductions he/she will be credited Rs. 18,773 Paytm cash.

Paytm shall take at least Two (02) working days to announce the names of shortlisted participant(s) (“Tentative Winner(s)”).

The Tentative Winners shall be contacted by Paytm and confirmed basis qualification criteria, verification & submission of required documents as per the clause mentioned below. The Tentative Winner declared by Paytm understands that he/she is not a final winner and his/her winning is subject to verification & confirmation by Paytm.

Paytm shall also make two(2) attempts within 48 working hours after completion of announcement period to contact the winner on their registered Mobile Number (with Paytm) to inform about the gratification and further process of claiming the gratification.

The gratification will be forfeited and the winner agrees to surrender the gratification if:
a. The winner does not get contacted within 20 (Twenty) working days.
b. The winner does not claim the gratification and/or fails to submit all necessary documents mentioned in Clause 14 within 20 working days of being contacted by Paytm.

In case of weekends, the winners will be contacted on the next working day(s). All decisions by Paytm regarding the selection of winner(s) shall be final and binding.

Terms & Conditions

** User needs to do atleast one DTH Recharge of Rs. 100 on Paytm to be eligible for the offer.
** Use promocode PAYDTH to avail the offer and to be considered for the Lucky Draw.
** Transactions done till 28th February’18 using the promocode PAYDTH will be considered for the Lucky Draw.
** 3 lucky winners will be awarded with a 40+ inch full HD LED Tv.
** To increase the chances of winning , user can do one of the following-
1. Do as many transactions as possible using code PAYDTH.
2. Do as much value of DTH Recharge as possible using code PAYDTH.
** Once winners are announced, KYC process will need to be completed.
** Offer valid only on DTH Recharge.
** Only successful transactions will be considered for this contest.
** Winners will be given Cashback amount equivalent to LED TV minus all applicable taxes.
** Paytm reserves the right to disqualify any transaction from participation in this contest.
** Paytm employees and family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.
** Gratification is subject to the deduction of TDS as applicable.
** Winners will be announced on or before 16th March’18.
