Asian Paints iStyle Contest 2015:
1. This Contest is open for all Indian nationals however, only residents of Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi would be entitled to the Grand prize.
2. TheContest shall be open for entries from 25thSeptember, 2015 (0000 hours)to 13thNovember, 2015 (2359 hours).
3. Participants visiting this page to take part in the Contest need to “create a room” and “submit” their “project/mood board/created room” to the Contest before the Last Date.

4. Based on the quality of the output, aesthetic appeal, completeness of the room and overall sense of décor,Three (3) Grand Prize winners (“Winners”), 1 in each city (Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata)would be selectedby Company panel and he/she would be intimatedby 28th November 2015. One (1) popular choice winner (“Popular Choice Winner”) would also be chosen based on total votes/likes received on the iStyle portal at the end of the Competition, and he/she would be intimated by 28th November, 2015. Six (6) weekly prize winners (“Weekly Prize Winners”) would be chosen based on the number of votes/likes received during every week of the Contest.

5. The Company panel’s decision on all aspects of the Contest, including tie breakers in case of Prizes involving votes/likes, the prizesetc. shall be final & binding and not open to be questioned by the participants.

6. The Grand Prize Winners would be receiving a room décor makeover (“Makeover”) worth INR 200,000/- eachas the top prize. These Makeovers would be designed and executed by Company appointed representatives and would aim to recreate the theme created in the winning entry(ies) to the truest extent possible. However, there may be certain creative liberties that may be taken by the Company. The Grand Prize Winners agree to allow the Company to take the final decision on the makeover output and the furniture and all other décor elements to be placed within the room space.

7. The Popular Choice Winner would receive a value voucher worth INR 100,000/- in lieu of the “MacBook Pro” announced.
8. The Weekly Prize Winners would each receive a value voucher worth INR 40,000/- in lieu of the “iPads” announced. A Participant however will not be considered for more than one Weekly Prize.
9. Multiple entries per registered email-id are allowed.
10. Participants would be informed via email/mobile as per Company’s policy in the event of winning any of the prizes.

11. Companywould not be responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. The Company would also not be responsible for such winner(s) being absent for acceptance of the prizes, for any reasons whatsoever.Inability of the winner to timely claim prize on account of any reason whatsoever, would not entitle the winner for any alternate prize/reward.

12. Prizes are not transferable under any circumstances whatsoever and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. Employees of the Company, its group companies, joint ventures, its service providers, agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
14. Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the terms and conditions with respect to the Competition with or without prior notice due to any reason whatsoever.
15. To the extent permitted by law, Company excludes all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) and its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding the winnings.
16. Unless the participant explicitly communicates not to send marketing communication, the participant may receive marketing communications from the Company as a result of participating in the Contest.

17. All entries to the Contest become the property of the Company and the Company may use the participant’s and Winner names, images of project/mood board, addresses and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes.
18. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
19. This Contest and the terms and conditions thereto shall be subject to the prevailing statutory laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
20. Winner(s) would need to timely share his/her PAN card copy and address copy for verification to avail the prize. If the same is not provided as above, the winning entry may be considered disqualified and barred.
