This Offer is open only to the valid prepaid as well as postpaid subscribers of Idea Delhi Circle and the same shall available subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”).The subscribers agree to abide by these Terms & conditions in entirety. Criteria for choosing the winner:
** Every 50th Caller of the week, will be eligible to win the watch
** The selected caller will be asked a skill based question
** If the response to the skill based question is correct, he/she will be declared as a winner
** In case of incorrect response, 100th, 175th and 200th, shall be selected and asked skill based questions. The one participant giving the maximum correct answers will be declared as the winner.

The winner must claim his/ her prize within 15 days of the announcement by Idea Cellular Ltd. through SMS/phone call and on Idea Cellular Ltd. website. In case the prize is unclaimed by the winner within the stipulated period, then Idea Cellular Ltd. reserves its right to transfer the prize to the next winner chosen in the same draw. The first winner automatically surrenders his/ her right to the prize and shall not make any claim thereunder.

Idea Cellular Ltd. shall not be responsible for:

(ii) for any SPAM generated messages;
(iii) for the Operator code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phone;
(iv) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and
(v) other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

You may be charged by your Mobile Phone Telecom Operator for every subscription sent by you through the mobile phone for the Contest. You agree and acknowledge that this charge is your liability alone and that Idea Cellular Ltd. is not responsible for the same and you will not have any recourse to Idea Cellular Ltd. for the same.

The winner shall be responsible for any additional, incidental expenses required to be incurred to avail of the prize. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other incidental and related expenses as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner will be required to provide certified proof of identity and residence, if any.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, subject to availability and there will be no cash alternative.

Idea Cellular Ltd. will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the contest or the prize, except to the extent that the liability cannot be excluded by law.
