By participating in this Competition:

** Warrant that You have read, understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions;
** Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that You may have submitted;
** Agree that You are entering into this Competition as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between You and Vodafone India or between You and OnMobile and You are acting voluntarily, using Your own time and resources to participate in the Competition, solely at Your own risk;
** Warrant that prior to playing the Competition, it shall be deemed that You have read, understood and have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and the terms and conditions under Dream Come True Competition Pack; and
** Confirm and undertake that You will make an informed choice regarding the option to play through Voice or SMS and after understanding the implications of the same.

Procedure and eligibility :

This Competition is valid for Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:
** He/she must be of at least 18 years of age;
** He/she must be a resident of India;
** He/she must be an active Subscriber of Vodafone India;
** He/she must be a Dream Come True Competition Pack Member;
** He/she must belong to any of the Circles mentioned above;
** For Prepaid Subscribers – Subscribers must have the minimum requisite balance of Rs. 2 per day, for each day of the Competition Period, to be eligible to participate in this Competition on that day;
** He/she must not have been subject of any criminal proceeding;
** He/she must not be of an unsound mind; and
** He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court orders etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship

Charging:

** There will be no subscription charges to subscribe to the Dream Come True Competition Pack, other than the data charges applicable to the Subscriber’s data plan for accessing the WAP Link.

** All Dream Come True Competition Pack Members as on the 1st day of the Competition will be charged Rs. 4/- or Rs. 3/- or Rs. 2/- or Re. 1/- per day, depending on the balance available on his/her number registered with Vodafone India for that day, from 01:00:00 hours onwards.

** On subsequent days, the system will try to charge all Dream Come True Competition Pack Members Rs. 4/- or Rs. 3/- or Rs. 2/- or Re. 1/- per day, depending on the balance available on his/her number registered with Vodafone India, at 01:00:00 hours, irrespective of successful charging or failure the previous day. Once charged, the amount will not be refunded to Dream Come True Competition Pack Members under any circumstances.

** A Dream Come True Competition Pack Member will be allowed to play the Competition only after being charged for the day.

** If the charging is successful, Dream Come True Competition Pack Member will get a confirmation SMS on his/her number registered with Vodafone India, along with the rules, prizes to be won, Terms and Conditions URL and the number on which he/she can call or SMS and participate in the Competition.

Prizes and Winner Selection Process:

Bumper Prize:-
The selection for the Bumper Prize will be conducted after the end of the Competition. One MSISDN, per Circle Group, as per the classification of Circle Groups*** for all other prizes given below, with the minimum cumulative score of 270 points, in the least amount of time during the Competition Period, will be selected as the Winner of a Diamond Voucher worth up to Rs 1,00,000/-. The Winner is entitled to use the Diamond Voucher, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Diamond Voucher.

Monthly Prize:-
The selection for the Monthly Prize will be conducted for each month, as per the Schedule for all monthly prizes***** given below. One MSISDN, per Zone Group, as per the classification of Zone Groups for monthly prize**** given below, with the minimum cumulative score of 90 points, in the least amount of time, during that month will be selected as the Winner of a Smart Phone or Washing Machine or Tablet worth up to Rs. 25,000. The Monthly Prize is not applicable for the Gujarat Circle. One individual Subscriber can get the Monthly Prize only once in the Competition Period.

Daily Bumper Prize (Except Gujarat Circle):-
The selection of the Winner for all the Daily Bumper Prizes will be done after 5 working days. One MSISDN, across Circle Groups for Daily Bumper Prize**, with the score of at least 6 points, in the least amount of time, on that day, will be selected as the Winner of a mobile Recharge3 worth up to Rs 500/- for that day. The winning MSISDNs will be removed from the list of eligible MSISDN’s for Daily 1st Prize and Daily 2nd Prize of that day. One MSISDN can win Daily Bumper Prize only once in the Competition Period. The Daily Bumper Prize is not applicable for the Gujarat Circle.

Daily 1st Prize:-
The selection of the Winner for all the Daily 1st Prizes will be done for each day of the Competition and after the Daily Bumper Winner and Gujarat Daily Bumper prize Winners of that day have been selected. One MSISDN, per Circle Group, as per the classification of Circle-Groups for all other prizes*** given below, with the score of 5 points, in the least number of questions, in the least amount of time, on that day, will be selected as the Winner of a mobile Recharge worth up to Rs 100/- for that day. The winning MSISDNs will be removed from the list of eligible MSISDN’s for Daily 2nd Prize, of that day. One MSISDN can win Daily 1st Prize only once in the Competition Period.

Daily 2nd Prize:-
The selection of the Winner for the Daily 2nd Prize will be done for each day of the Competition and after the Winners of the Daily Bumper Prize, Gujarat Daily Bumper Prize and the Daily 1st Prize of that day are selected. Two MSISDN’s, per Circle-Group, as per the classification of Circle-Groups for all other prizes*** given below, who score at least 3 points, in the least amount of time, on that day, will selected as the Winner of a mobile Recharge worth up to Rs 50/ for that day-. One MSISDN can win Daily 2nd Prize only once in the Competition Period.

Gujarat Monthly Prize:-
The selection of the Winner for the Gujarat Monthly Prize will be conducted for each month, at the end of every month as per , as per the schedule for all monthly prizes***** given below. One MSISDN, from the Gujarat Circle, with minimum cumulative score of 90 points, in the least amount of time, during that month will be selected as the Winner of Bank Gift Card worth Rs.75,000/- for that month. One individual Subscriber can get the Gujarat Monthly Prize only once in the Competition Period. The Winner is entitled to use the Bank Gift Card, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Bank Gift Card.

Gujarat Daily Bumper Prize:-
The selection of the Winner for the Gujarat Daily Bumper Prize will be done after 5 working days. One MSISDN, from Gujarat Circle, with the score of at least 6 points, in the least amount of time, on that day, will be selected as the Winner of mobile recharge worth up to Rs.500/- for that day. The winning MSISDNs will be removed from the list of eligible MSISDN’s for the Daily 1st Prize and Daily 2nd Prize. one MSISDN can win Gujarat Daily Bumper Prize only once in the Competition.
