PepsiCo brand 7UP is celebrating its iconic history through special edition Vintage Packs, from the 1950’s to the present.

We are doing a consumer promotion called ‘7UP Back to Cool’ or ‘7UP Vintage Under The Label’ promo, where consumers buy a 7UP & get a chance to win 7UP Merchandise.

Who Can Participate?

Promo is open to all Indian citizens residing in India, above 18 years of age

Promotion Period

South India :
Promo is valid from 15th March, 2018 to 30th June, 2018, both dates inclusive in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

All India Except Tamilnadu:
Promo is valid from 1st March, 2018 to 31st May, 2018, both dates inclusive in the territory of India except the state of Tamil Nadu.

How To Participate ?

Participant needs to purchase 7UP to participate in the promo and look behind the label, where he/she will find an 8 digit “Unique Code” which has to be sent via SMS to +91 7760928777. The Participant will receive an SMS confirming the participation/validity of the Unique Code.

Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka & Kerala

** The Participant will need to purchase any Product to participate in the Promo and look behind the label, where he/she will find a 8 digit “Unique Code” which has to be sent via SMS to +91 7760928777. Standard SMS charges shall apply.
** The Participant will receive an SMS confirming the participation/validity of the Unique Code
** Every Valid Entry will get an assured prize of 7UP Vintage wallpaper through a link on the mobile number of the Participant.
** From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 175 winners daily who will win exclusive 7UP Vintage Merchandise over and above the Assured Prize throughout the Promotion Period.

Tamil Nadu

** The Participant will need to purchase any Product to participate in the Promo and look behind the label, where he/she will find a 8 digit “Unique Code” which has to be sent via SMS to +91 7760928777. Standard SMS charges shall apply.
** The Participant will receive an SMS confirming the participation/validity of the Unique Code.
** Every Valid Entry will get an assured prize of 7UP Vintage wallpaper through a link on the mobile number of the Participant. Internet connection required to download the wallpaper.
** The Participant will also be asked by the Organizer to describe their love for 7UP in not more than 140 characters including spaces.
** For every valid code, the first response describing the participant’s love for 7UP will be considered for evaluation.
** Each first response will be evaluated on the creativity of the response received by an independent auditor appointed by the Organizers.
** The Organizers will select 50 winners daily, who will win 7UP Vintage Merchandise.

Rest of India

** The Participant will need to purchase any Product to participate in the Promo and look behind the label, where he/she will find a 8 digit “Unique Code” which has to be sent via SMS to +91 7760928777. Standard SMS charges shall apply.
** The Participant will receive an SMS confirming the participation/validity of the Unique Code.
** Every Valid Entry will get an assured prize of 7UP Vintage wallpaper through a link on the mobile number of the Participant. Internet connection required to download the wallpaper.
** From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 100 winners daily who will win exclusive 7UP vintage merchandise over and above the Assured Prize throughout the Promotion Period

Note:
** The Participant can participate in the Promo multiple times from one or different registered mobile numbers. However, the Participant can use one Unique Code only once.
** Any participation without the Unique Code or with a fake code will be considered invalid.

Applicable Packs

7UP Back To Cool promo is valid on 7UP PET bottles of 250ml PET/ 500ml PET/ 600ml PET/ 750ml PET/ 1.25l PET/ 2l PET / 2.25l PET. There are packs available without the promo offer as well.

Assured Prize

Every Valid Entry will get an assured prize of 7UP Vintage wallpaper through a link on the mobile number of the Participant. Internet connection required to download the wallpaper.

Contacting Winners

Winners will be contacted by the representatives of the Organizers on his/her mobile number and will be informed of the merchandise won. The organizers will then dispatch the 7up Vintage Merchandise to the address provided.

The Winners would be contacted thrice over a period of 96 hrs. In case the Winners are not reachable for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to either pass on the 7UP Vintage merchandise to another participant, selected through the randomizer

Terms and Conditions

** 7UP Vintage Merchandise is not transferable and no cash payment in lieu of the 7UP Vintage Merchandise will be made.
** In the event of death of any Winner, no claim from his/her nominees or legal heirs will be entertained for receiving the 7UP Vintage Merchandise.
** This Promo cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/offer/discounts which may be applicable on the products of PepsiCo.
** All applicable taxes/levies and charges (including but not limited to Gift Tax, registration charges, insurance etc. where applicable) on the 7UP Vintage Merchandise will be the responsibility of the Participant.
** No queries/ clarifications/ suggestions/ communication etc. shall be entertained on operation/selection process, which would be entirely at the discretion of the Organizers.
** Promo is valid till stocks of Products last or the end of Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
** At the end of the Promotion Period, all of Organizer’s obligations with regard to the Promo shall terminate.
