Eligibility Criteria

1. The Contest is open for residents of of Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune or Kochi only.
2. The Participant must have attained the age of 18 years to participate in the Contest.

How To Participate?

1. The contest “PIX Premiere Nights with Skycraper” (Contest”) shall be hosted on the SPN’s facebook page facebook.com/SonyPIX (“Platform”) of SPN’s channel ‘Sony PIX’ and its HD version (each “Channel”) and the Platform.

2. To participate in the Contest, any person eligible to participate in the Contest(“Participant”), shall be required to answer the questions ‘Who is the lead actor in the movie Skyscraper?’ correctly on the contest tab on the Platform to be eligible to win the Prize. Each correct answer by the Participant shall be considered as an “Entry”.

3. The Contest shall be hosted during the period commencing from July 1, 2018 at 00:00 hours Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and ending on July 19, 2018 at 23:59 hours IST (“Period”).

4. The Participant may participate in the Contest as many times as he/she wants in relation to the Contest on the Platform however the same shall not increase such Participant’s chances of winning the Contest over the other participant(s) who have sent only one Entry during the Period.

5. Entries made after the Period shall not be considered eligible for Prizes and shall be null and void.

6. SPN shall select 300 winners from the Entries submitted by the participants on the Platform, basis on a random selection process by SPN and/or its representatives within 15 days from the last day of the Period.

7. The Winners shall be announced via a post by SPN on the Platform on the Announcement Date.

8. SPN reserves its right to select and declare or not to declare the Winners if no Participant has submitted entries up to the satisfaction of SPN. Decision of SPN in this regard is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

9. Each Winner of the Contest shall win exclusive 2 (two) tickets for the screening of ‘PIX Premiere Nights with Skyscraper’ (“Prize”) at the theatre, of SPN’s choice, in the city of his/her residence as intimated at the time of participation (“Venue”).

10. In order to be eligible for the Prize, the Entries submitted by the Participant shall be as per the Terms and Conditions stated herein.

11. In the event of any discrepancy as to the date and/or the time of receipt of Entries, SPN shall have the final decision in resolving such discrepancy.

How To Claim The Prize?

1. The mode of delivery/obtaining the Prize shall be communicated by SPN to Winner upon completion of the Period at SPN’s sole discretion.

2. Within 72 (seventy two) hours of announcement of winners, the Winners shall communicate their confirmation by sending a post to SPN on the Platform, failing which SPN shall be entitled to choose another winner.

3. The Winner shall collect the Prize upon showing and confirming the Winner’s name, mobile number, email address, photo ID proof and such other compliance as may be required by SPN.

4. Failing to collect the Prize or in the event, not presenting necessary proof of participation and identity to the satisfaction of SPN, Winner shall be disqualified from collecting the Prize and SPN may, at its discretion, select another Winner.

5. If SPN is unable to establish successful contact with the Winner and/or Winner does not provide necessary contact details as mentioned above for establishing contact, that Winner shall not be considered for the Prize and SPN may choose any other Winner at its sole discretion.

2. SPN does not provide any implied or express warranties or guarantees with respect to usability and sizes of the Prize.
3. Prize is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable.
4. The Prize cannot be negotiated or refunded, and by no means will cash equivalent be given.
5. Only the Winner, and no other person or agent, may claim the Prize.
