This Offer is valid across India except the State of Tamil Nadu for a period of 70 days from June 21, 2018 to August 31, 2018 (“Offer Period”)

How To Enter?

Consumers major in age who purchase any pack of Colgate Neo toothbrush (“Product”) on Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”), Grofers India Pvt. Ltd. (“Grofers”), Supermarket Groceries Ltd. (“bigbasket”), One97 Communications Ltd. (“Paytm”) website or their respective mobile application during the Offer Period shall be eligible to participate in the offer. Multiple purchases from the same email address shall be considered as one entry only.

Winners Selection

Out of all the participants who have made the purchase in accordance with term 2 above, 32 lucky winners will be declared by randomized computer selection by Amazon at the end of the offer who will win one Amazon Fire Stick (“Prize”). (to be decided by Amazon)

Winners Announcement

** The winner will be notified on the mobile number (through SMS/call) and email address registered with the respective seller on the day of declaration of the winners of the contest.

** It shall be presumed that subscribers who have opted for DND (Do Not Disturb) facility with their respective services providers have consented to receive SMS/call from their respective sellers for communication pertaining to this Offer.

** The winners vide the SMS and email communication shall be asked to share their address and a valid address proof (viz. copy of passport, driving license, voter identity card) on an email id within 7 days.

** Amazon shall dispatch the Prize to the winners who share their address and valid address proof on the email address specified within 7 days of receipt of the winner declaration.

** In the event the winner fails to provide his address and address proof within 7 days of the winner declaration or if the winner is untraceable post sharing of the address due to which delivery is not successful, then the Prize of such winner shall be forfeited.

** The address details provided by the winners shall be used by Amazon or its authorized agency only for the purpose of delivering the Prize.

** Amazon decision with regards to declaration of winner and forfeiture of Prize will be final and binding and no inquiry in this regard will be entertained.
