VVM Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan

Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) is a national program for educating and popularizing science among school students of VI to XI standards.

Related / Similar Contest : VVM 2020 National Talent Search Exam

VVM also endeavours to identify the bright minds among the student community, who are keen on subjects related to science.

Who Can Participate?

All students under CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards from class VI to XI can be enrolled for this national level examination.

How To Register?

Mode of registration in both the cases will be online only. No offline application or fee submission will be entertained.

School Registration

Schools can register by clicking on the “School Login“ link available at the top right portion of the Home page of VVM site.

The school authority needs to appoint an exam coordinator and he/she will complete the school registration by doing the following:

** Enter the details of the school like school name, school address, GEO Mapping of school, UDIES code of school, name of principal, name of exam coordinator, mobile number, email ID etc.
** This information will be shown as school profile on VVM portal.The entered data will be verified by VVM admin through sending one-time password (OTP) and an Email verification link on registered mobile and Email respectively.
** UDIES code will be used as school identification number.

Student Awards

Level Name Selection Awards
Level-I School Level Top 3 Rankers per class will be SCHOOL winners (i.e. 18 students from each School). Minimum of 10 students per class must be registered from school. Merit Certificate
Level-II District Level Top 3 Rankers per class will be district winners (i.e. 18 students from each district). [All the schools from that district will be part of evaluation]. Merit Certificate
Level-III State Level 1) Top 20 rankers from each class from a state will qualify to participate in the state level camp

2) Top 3 Rankers per class will be State winner (i.e. 18 students per state).

** Cash prize Rs. 5,000, Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 2,000 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd ranker per class

Level-IV National Level 1) Top 2 winners at the state level, from each state, will qualify to participate in National camp.

2) Top 3 Rankers per class will be National winners (i.e. 18 students at national level).

3) Top 3 Rankers per class, from a zone, will be zonal winners in addition to National winners. (i.e. 18 students per zone).
