Tinkle GagStar contest

Amar Chitra Katha is running a contest wherein an incomplete illustration shall be provided and participants shall complete the Picture by drawing, colouring and suggesting a humorous dialogue to support the Picture.

These Pictures shall be provided in the Tinkle magazine (“Tinkle”) in the months of August, 2018 and September, 2018.

Who Can Participate?

The Contest is open for participation to readers of Tinkle who are below 18 years of age (“Participants”). Readers who are below 18 (Eighteen) years of age, shall enter the Contest through their parent/guardian.

Contest Period

The Contest shall be open from 1st August 2018 to 30th September 2018, and entries only received within that time shall be accepted.

Winners

** The entries for the Contest shall be reviewed by ACK and winners shall be selected as per their discretion.
** Please note that ACK holds the exclusive right to decide the winners of the Contest.
** Participants whose entries get selected shall get a chance to win prizes. The worth of the prizes shall be decided only by ACK.

Contest Terms

** The prizes shall be in the form of coupons and/or physical objects.
** The prizes shall be couriered to the winners at the address which is provided by them at the time of sending the entries.
** The first, second and third prize winning entries along with details of winners shall be featured in the November Issue of Tinkle.
** This Contest is applicable to the Participants who are Indian residents.
** By entering the Contest, the Participant agrees to be bound by its terms & conditions.
** The Participant does not have to pay for participating in the Contest . Please do not share your credit card details in any case.
** All the Participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions properly before entering into any transaction.
** ACK reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel the Contest, with or without any reason.
** Nothing contained in these terms and conditions, nor the running of this Contest, shall be construed as an obligation on ACK.
** ACK is entitled to terminate, rescind or modify this Contest at any time.
** ACK reserves the right to change any of the rules of this Contest while it is running if it appears appropriate to do so, including extending the closing date.
** The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the Contest are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
** The Contest shall not be in violation to any laws for the time being in force.
** The decision of ACK in all matters shall be final and binding.
