Prem Ratan Dhan Payo #FanSePrem Contest 2015:
Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – #FanSePrem Contest (herein after referred to as the “Contest”) is being conducted by Fox Star Studios India Private Limited (“Company”/“Organisers”).

1) Contestants eligible to participate in the Contest in accordance to the eligibility criteria specified in point no. 3 of these Terms and Conditions and participating in the Contest are hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”.

2) To be eligible to take part in the #FanSePrem Contest (starts from 18th – 22nd November), the Participants need to confirm to the following eligibility criteria:
a) an Individual;
b) an Indian citizen;
c) residing in India;
d) aged 18 years and above;
e) legally eligible to enter into a contract;

3) must have a valid Facebook ID/ Twitter handle/ Instagram handle
4) Information as available on the official Contest page is the only authentic and valid information about the Contest. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie shall not be responsible for any incorrect/misleading information relating to the Contest, presented/ displayed on any other source other than the Contest page of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie & will not be liable for any loss suffered by any Participant based on the representation, terms, conditions, information presented / displayed on any other source other than the Contest page.

5) To participate in the #FanSePrem Contest using Facebook/ Twitter/Instagram, the participant/s has to follow following steps:
a) Log into valid Facebook/ Twitter id/ Instagram id
b) Has to be a fan/ Follower of the page/ handle.
c) Participants should send in their PRDP tickets booked from 18th to 22nd November using the hashtag #FanSePrem and enter through the contest page/ handle only. Participants need to give reasons along with the tickets on why they want to meet Salman Khan.
d) To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall tweet and share their PRDP Ticket with the company using the hashtag #FanSePrem during the Period and in accordance with the terms of these Contest Terms & Conditions. Contestant can give multiple entries as long as they are following the above stated instructions.
e) Only public shares on the Site which have the hashtag #FanSePrem shall be accepted. No other means of submission will be eligible.
f) Each day one winner will be announced till the duration of the #FanSePrem contest is on.

6) Each person who logs onto the mentioned URL as explained in clauses specified above posts his response on his Facebook profile id/ Twitter/ Instagram.
7) Response submitted by the Participant/s will be evaluated by the panel of jury appointed by Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie. The gratification for the #FanSePrem Contest is a meet and greet with Salman Khan.

8) During the Contest Period, a panel of jury will select the number of winners during the Contest as they deem fit. The selection will be based on the most quality response submitted by the Participant/s.
a. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie will not, under any circumstances, bear in any form whatsoever the cost of travel, stay etc. and any expenditure borne by the winner other than what has been announced as the contest prize.

9) Jury’s decision on the selection of winner(s) will be final and binding on all the Participant/s. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Any person or participant carrying out any correspondence or clarification or tweeting or posting any negative comments about the decision of the Jury shall liable to the Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie and shall be immediately disqualified by all future contests of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie

10) Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie will not, under any circumstances, bear in any form the cost of any expenditure borne by the winner other than what has been announced as the contest prize.
11) Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie has endeavored to make all reasonably practicable arrangements to minimize communication system difficulties but can make no guarantee therefore and shall not be liable for any failures in the same.
12) Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the participant is unable to participate due to failure on part of the telecom operator. Internet provider, facility provider, etc.
13) Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Movie shall not be responsible for any copyright violations done by the participants for the images taken from the internet and only the participants are solely responsible for the act.

14) The Participants can post as many entries as possible on the participation platforms however, shall not be using multiple IDs to participate in the same contest. Any single participant found using or participating through multiple IDs in the contest shall be disqualified immediately and shall not be entitled to win any prizes and shall be barred from participating in any future contests on the Contest Page.

15) This Contest is open for the participation of individuals only. Corporate, Agencies, and any non human legal entities are not entitled to participate in this Contest.
16) There is no entry fee or participation fee payable by the Participant/s for participating in this Contest. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo will not accept any form of payment from any of the Participant/s interested in participating in the Contest, further participation in the Contest will not in itself make the Participant eligible for the Prize.
17) Each winner of the Contest will be entitled to win the mentioned gratification based on the selection of the Jury only.
18) Under the circumstances of unavailability of prize, a prize of a similar value shall be distributed to the winners for which he/she has been selected.

19) Any Participant taking part in the Contest and declared the winner of the Contest by Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and is unable to fulfill any one or more eligibility requirements, as specified in above mentioned clauses of these Terms and Conditions, on the date of closure of Contest, shall be disqualified from receiving any Contest Prize under this Contest. Inability of the Participant to fulfill the eligibility requirement, shall be construed as violating the terms and conditions of the Contest by such Participant. Any status update, comment, tweets made/submitted by such disqualified Participant during the Contest Period shall be invalid. Any communication, clarification, query, dispute in this regard by the winner or any of the legal heirs/guardians of the winner in any manner will not be entertained by Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.

20) Prem Ratan Dhan Payo shall not be responsible for non-delivery or shortfall or deficiency in prize/s and all the legal remedies in relation to the prize/s solely lie against manufacturer.
