Eligibility

The Contest is open to all applicants for participation who meet the following requirements for participation,

a. citizens of India;
b. who are in the age group of 2 years and above; Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents
c. are viewers of the channel “MTV Beats” (“Channel”); and
d. are mobile subscribers of Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, Idea, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance and Tata

How To Participate?

1) To participate in the Contest, a Participant need to answer 1 (one) question with multiple options and/or with correct answer as might be provided on the Channel or any other platform as may be determined by the Organizer during the Contest Period  through modes of participation as provided below.

2) The questions may vary every day during the Contest Period. The Participant may participate more than once to increase their chance of winning, however, 1 (one) participant shall be eligible to win only once throughout the duration of the contest.

3) This is a daily contest and different questions will be raised / provided by the Organizers for each day of the Contest Period.

4) Every day questions will differ and every day of the Contest Period, the Winners shall be selected based on maximum entries received from same mobile number and correct answers on first come basis determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion for said Contest.

5) Selection mechanism shall be as more particularly stated below. However, 1 (one) participant can win 1 (one) prize only during the Contest Period, even if he/she has answered correctly for all questions for all Daily Contests.

6) If the winner gets repeated, the next best will be selected as a winner as per the selection of winner mechanism mentioned in the terms and conditions.

Mode of Participation:
A Participant may participate in the Contest by following below steps, during the Contest Period (defined below):

a. Via SMS/WHATSAPP, by sending an SMS/WHATSAPP Turns3 <space> <correct answer in words> <space> <Full name of participant> <space> <city of residence>to 72860 72860 through their respective mobile Service Providers.
b. Via WHATSAPP, give a Miss call on 72860 72860

Contest Period

a. The Contest shall commence from 1st December 2019 and conclude on 31st December 2019  comprising of 31 daily contests on each day of the Contest Period.

b. Each Daily Contest shall commence at 6:00 am hours and conclude for such respective day at 9:00 pm hours and the Participants willing to participate in the Contest would be required to send their Contest Entries for each day of the Contest before 9:00 pm hours for the given day of the Contest.

c. Any entries received after the respective Daily Contest Cut-off Time for the said Daily Contest shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the said Daily Contest.

d. All the Daily Winners for the entire Contest Period shall be selected for the eligibility of the Prize as per provisions elaborated below.

Selection of Winners

a. During the Contest Period, for the Daily Contests the Organizer shall select a total of 3 (three) participants as daily winners’ basis the maximum entries with correct answers received from a mobile number for the respective Daily Contest on first come basis as determined by the Organizer as the winners of the respective Daily Contest.

b. In this manner, the Organizers shall select total of 93 (ninety-three) Daily Winners across the Contest Period.

c. Each of the Daily Winners declared by the Organizer shall hereinafter be collectively called as “Winners” and each such Winner shall be further selected and become eligible for gratification as detailed below.

Gratification Details

According to the ranking basis selection of the Winners, each Winner as declared by the Organiser would be eligible to win the prizes as stated in the table below:

For the sake of clarity, it is understood that each such Winner shall be entitled to only 1 (one) prize which shall be given to the Winner subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein and at sole discretion of the Organiser.
