How To Enter ?

To enter the Contest, entrants must have placed an order through the telephonic ordering system or through the registered website of the organizer (naaptol.com) or official Mobile App (Naaptol: Shop right Shop More) during the promotional period ‘12th December 2018 to 1st January 2019’ and should have in his/her possession a valid delivered order and documentary proof of delivery .

Participants have to click his/her picture with the product, he/she has bought from Naaptol and share a story of how has he/she brought happiness & joy to someone’s life this festive season and upload it on Naaptol Mobile App or send your selfie/video with the product on our WhatsApp what’sapp icon 9223457000

Redemption Steps

Step 1– Shop between 12th Dec 18 – 1st Jan 2019
Step 2– Upload selfie/video with the product on Naaptol App or WhatsApp it to what’sapp icon 9223457000 by 20th Jan 2019
Step 3– Get a chance to win exciting prizes. Winner declaration on 10th Feb 2019 on Naaptol app.

Winner Announcement

** Winners will be declared on 10th February 2019.
** All winner announcements will take place on Naaptol App. The list of winners would also be listed on the Naaptol App itself.
** If the winner is unable to collect/claim the prize on or before 12th March 2019, the winner will be understood to have consented for forfeiting the prize and the Organizer reserves the right to redraw a new winner under the same conditions.

Contest Terms

** Any order that is canceled or returned for any reason whatsoever will be considered ineligible for the lucky draw under this promotion.
** Images of prizes that are used in the creative are for illustration purposes only.
** Actual prize may differ in color, capacity or technical specifications, performance output from image shown depending upon stock availability at the time of winner selection and distribution.
** Employees of Naaptol including their relatives, friends, common acquaintances, its Associate companies, Statutory Auditors, Business advisors, Consultants, Sellers, Business associates would not be eligible for this contest.
** Organizer has the right to discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, during the promotion period, without assigning any reason.
** The winner will be determined solely on the basis of Organizer’s discretion. Representatives of Organizer will pick the lucky draw winner through a random selection process using online tools/website from the eligible entries.
** The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
** By entering the contest the entrant agrees, that he/she allows the Organizer to use his/her photograph and/or name during promotions without demanding any compensation.
** The winners of the contest may be required to participate in a photo and/or video taking session during the issuing of the lucky draw gift.
** The prize, including any portion, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
** In case of minor, the prize can be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian upon proper execution of relevant documents.
** The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner at any time, where the organizer has reasonable grounds for believing that the initially selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
** Any alternative winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original winner.
** Naaptol reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Lucky Draw.
** These include entries submitted with invalid/incorrect/incomplete information.
** The Organizer reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prize in any manner it deems fit.
** The Tax liability of the prizes shall be borne entirely by the winner and the Organizer will not be liable for the same in any form whatsoever.
