“Madhur Sugar Gold Coin Contest” 2024 is sponsored and launched by Shree Renuka Sugars Limited. This contest is open for adults above 18 years. Madhur consumers across India, except the state of Tamil Nadu, can participate in the program. Total 24 winners will be selected from the participants during the contest period. Participate and Win 5gm Gold Coin for contest period. The contest is valid only in all India from 08-04-2024 to 05-08-2024.

Eligibility of Madhur Sugar Gold Coin Contest
** This Contest will be open to only consumers of Company who are residents of India except for employees, their immediate family members of Company and the agency.
** This contest is open for adults above 18 years.
** The Contest is valid throughout India except the State of Tamil Nadu.
** Madhur Products are also available in stores without this offer.
** Company or its Agency will not be responsible & liable for any failure due to NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play and applies to any participant. However, Company or its Agency may at its sole discretion, call such shortlisted winners even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.
Period of Madhur Sugar Gold Coin Contest
** The contest will commence from 08-04-2024 to 05-08-2024.
** Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the web mode of participation at COMPANY computer.
** Late Entries receives after 0000 Hrs i.e. on or after August 06,2024 will not be considered for winner selection.
** The contest shall run on the following SKUs of Company:
i. Specially marked Madhur Sugar 1 Kg pack.
ii. Specially marked Madhur Sugar 2Kg pack.
iii. Specially marked Madhur Sugar 5Kg pack.
** Packs without the promo also available in the market.
How to Participate in the Gold Coin Contest?
** Any participant can win a maximum of one prize during the contest period from a mobile number.
i. Web Participation: The customer has to visit the contest websites i.e www.madhurpromo1kg.com / www.madhurpromo2kg.com / www.madhurpromo5kg.com, Enter the details and register in the website as per the program Terms & Conditions.
** COMPANY and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
i. For any SPAM generated messages.
ii. For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones.
iii. For any SMS message delivery failures.
iv. Any lost, late, or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures, or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason.
v. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry.
vi Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign.
vii. Other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
viii. Any SMS not deliverable due to changes in TRAI policies / Telcom operator policy.
Prizes of Madhur Sugar Gold Coin Contest
5gm Gold Coin Prize: During the Contest Period, 24 winners will be selected for 5gm Gold Coin for contest period and 2 winners will be selected on weekly basis.
Winner Selection for Gold Coin Contest
** Any participant can win a max of 1 prize during the contest period from a mobile number /email id / address / i.e. if a participant has won a gold coin prize, he/she shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
** Winners will be selected by the organizers using external auditor irrespective of the time of the entry.
** From the Valid Entries received, the organizer will select 24 winners who will win Gold Coin Prizes throughout the Promotion Period (“Winners”).
** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of COMPANY.
** The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. If the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize stands forfeited and that no cash will be given in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
** Any unclaimed prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non- redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash for whatsoever reason or condition.
** Any unused prize is not-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
** The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
** COMPANY or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons, including mishandling, which are beyond the reasonable control of COMPANY / its Agency, and under no circumstances, COMPANY shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
** Participant once wins the prize shall not be eligible to participate & win any more prize during the Contest Period.
** The winner generation for Prizes will be done on the basis of Valid Unique Voucher Code + Unique mobile number & Email ID, Valid PAN / Aadhar Card
