What is Mahindra Codename Crown Pune Contest?

Mahindra Codename Crown, Pune Contest 2024 is organized by Mahindra Lifespaces. The participant needs to be an adult Indian citizen and shall hold a public social media account to be eligible to participate in this Contest. The participant to comment on the post of Mahindra Lifespaces/Influencer on the Social Media Platforms with the problems the participant is facing in your residence using #YourHomeCantChangeContest. The Winners shall be eligible for a discount of Rupees Ten Lakhs, on their purchase of home (2, 3 or 4 BHK home) at the Mahindra Codename Crown, Pune. Last Date of Contest is 7th May 2024.

Eligibility of Codename Crown Pune contest

** The participant needs to be an adult Indian citizen and shall hold a public social media account to be eligible to participate in this Contest. The participant shall be required to submit a valid proof of age and identity to Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited. Any participant providing false or incorrect documents shall be disqualified and/or shall not be entitled to receive the benefit of this Contest.

** The Contest will go live between 22nd April 2024 to 7th May 2024.

How to Participate in the Codename Crown Pune contest?

To participate in the Codename Crown, Pune contest (“Contest”), through Facebook | X | Instagram | YouTube (“Social Media Platforms”), the participant must follow the below steps,
** The participant to follow Mahindra Lifespaces on the Social Media Platform where the participant is choosing to submit their entry.
** The participant to comment on the post of Mahindra Lifespaces/Influencer on the Social Media Platforms with the problems the participant is facing in your residence using #YourHomeCantChangeContest.

** The participant to tag Mahindra Lifespaces in its comment tagging the below:
@mahindralifespaces on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
@life_spaces on X

Winners Selection of Codename Crown Pune contest

** Amongst the eligible participants of the Contest, five (5) winners shall be selected through a lucky draw (“Winners”), conducted by a third-party.

** The final selection of the Winners shall be at the sole discretion of Mahindra Lifespaces and shall be announced by Mahindra Lifespaces on the Social Media Platforms. The Winners shall be intimated of the outcome of the Contest through Direct Message on the Social Media Platform used by the respective Winners.

** The Winners are required to respond back to such Direct Message with their contact details and/or any other information requested for within 24 hours from such intimation, failing which the Winner/s shall be disqualified from the Contest and the offer shall be given to the next eligible Winner.

** The Winners shall be eligible for a discount of Rupees Ten Lakhs, on their purchase of home (2, 3 or 4 BHK home) at the Mahindra Codename Crown, Pune (“Offer”). Such benefit shall be provided in the name of the Winner and/or as per the request of the Winner, in the name of the Winner’s Parent/s/Spouse/Sibling/Children.

** Mahindra Lifespaces shall provide the Winners 45 days from the Announcement, to come forward and claim the Offer, by booking a home (2, 3 or 4 BHK home) at the Mahindra Codename Crown, Pune and make payment as per the terms of the Booking Application Form.

** In the event there is a delay on part of the Winner and/or the Winner fails to come forward to claim the Offer and/or the Winner fails to complete the booking of a home as per the terms mentioned hereinabove, within 45 days from the Announcement, the offer shall automatically stand withdrawn without any prior intimation and Mahindra Lifespaces shall be entitled to allot the prize to any other person.

** The Winners who claim the Offer, shall borne and pay all other amounts including statutory levies, taxes, cess, expenses, maintenance charges with respect to the proposed booking of home under the Offer.
** In the event the Winner defaults or delays in making payments as per the timelines provided under the Booking Application Form and Allotment Letter the offer will stand rescinded and withdrawn.

** By entering this Contest, the participant is not assured of any prize/gift. Final selection of the Winners shall be at the sole discretion of Mahindra Lifespaces.
** This is a limited period offer and cannot be combined with other offers of Mahindra Lifespaces.
** Mahindra Lifespaces does not collect any participation fees to participate in this Contest.
** Mahindra Lifespaces reserves the right to modify and discontinue the Contest at its sole discretion, without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason.
** The Offer under the Contest cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

** The employees of Mahindra Lifespaces and employees of its holding company(s), affiliate companies/subsidiary companies, sponsors, associated agencies, participating operators, and their immediate family members and relatives, or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the promotion are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

** By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to receive promotional communication(s) from Mahindra Lifespaces and/or its agencies and the participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claims and/or raise any complaint against Mahindra Lifespaces and/or the agency.

** By participating in this Contest, the participant permits Mahindra Lifespaces to use and circulate, its name, images, photos, videos, snippets, podcasts and/or any form of media etc. which is taken, recorded, shot during the Contest in any media reflecting the experience in the Contest. Such promotional activities shall be complimentary in nature.

** Mahindra Lifespaces shall not be held liable in any manner for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this Contest, the redemption or use of the Offer.
** The participant shall adhere to all applicable laws pertaining to the Contest under the Offer.
** In case any disputes or differences arise, in respect or in connection with the Contest and/or the outcome thereof, the decision of Mahindra Lifespaces shall be final and binding.
