** Your entry into the contest constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions. As you submit the entry, you grant BookMyForex to use your photos, videos, and content for promotion purposes.
** The “Contest” is organized by BookMyForex, whose Instagram handle is @bookmyforex_, Facebook handle is @bookmyforex, Twitter handle is @bookmyforex, and YouTube handle is @bookmyforex6581.

** By participating in this contest, customers are deemed to fully agree and accept all the Terms and Conditions available on www.bookmyforex.com/ (“Company Website”) as well as the decisions of BookMyForex, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

** The contest is valid for the unboxing video of the BookMyForex Yes Bank’s Co-branded Multi-Currency Prepaid Forex Card.
** Each entrant can enter the contest via Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or Twitter by tagging any of our above-mentioned social media handles in the card unboxing video. Usage of #TravelWithBMF is compulsory.
** The unboxing video contest is valid till June 30th, 2024.
** If you’re the winner of the hamper, our team may contact you via email or direct message. Please ensure your profile is public so we can verify your post.
** All participants who share and tag BookMyForex, as per the terms mentioned on this page, in their unboxing videos will receive an assured amount of ₹250.
** After creating the video, customers need to fill out the Google Form link mentioned above on the page and provide all details to avail ₹250.
** Your unboxing video must attain a minimum of 100 views before the contest concludes to get ₹250.
** The amount will be paid within 30 days after the contest ends.
** Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter are not affiliated or involved with this contest.
** There will be only one entry per person during the contest tenure.
** Neither BookMyForex nor its affiliates will be held liable for late, incomplete, or invalid entries.
** Neither BookMyForex nor its affiliates are liable for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant.
** All prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
** The best unboxing videos will be internally selected by the BookMyForex Team based on the quality, creativity, and total number of views it garners.
** In order to be eligible for selection as the winner, participants must adhere to all mandatory steps outlined in the contest guidelines.
** Participants are encouraged to ensure that their video is neat and clean, and should be presented in a professional manner.

** Participants are strictly prohibited from submitting videos containing unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, harmful, fraudulent, confidential, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise illegal content. Any content deemed inappropriate or unlawful will result in disqualification.

** Participants are solely responsible for the content they include in their unboxing videos. Any inappropriate content, including but not limited to offensive language, gestures, or visuals, will result in disqualification.
** Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of BookMyForex, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** If the gold or silver coin is unavailable for any reason, the company reserves the right to substitute it for another prize of equal, lesser, or greater value.
** Winners’ names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers must be provided to BookMyForex if requested so that the Prize can be fulfilled.
** The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.
