Golden Bonanza Competition

Golden Bonanza Competition is conceptualized, organized and hosted by One97 Communications Limited for the eligible rightful subscribers of Vodafone Idea Limited.

Eligibility

i. He/she must be of at least 18 years of age;
ii. He/she must be a citizen of India;
iii. He/she must be an Active Subscriber of Vodafone Idea;
iv. He/she must be responsible to activate and subscribe to the Competition Pack and thereby become a Competition Pack Member. He/she must belong to any of the telecom service areas mentioned below;
v. For Prepaid Subscribers – Subscribers must have the minimum requisite balance of Rs. 4 / 5 / 6 , for each day of the Contest Period, to be eligible to participate in this Competition on that day;

Competition Period

This is a limited period contest for Eligible Subscribers of Vodafone Idea, available from 17th January 2019, 09:00:01 hours to 20th February 2019, 23:45:01 hours, both days inclusive.

How To Participate?

Participation in the Competition through calls (IVR):
Each Competition Pack Member shall be charged Rs.3 or Rs.4 or Rs.5 per question as per the Competition level he/she is on based on table A below;

Participation in the Competition through SMS and USSD:
Each Competition Pack Member shall be charged Rs.3 or Rs.4 or Rs.5 per SMS or USSD flash as per the Competition level he/she is on (based on the table A below) sent to the number 50404 during the Contest Period, unless otherwise specified herein.

Note:
** As the Competition Pack Member plays questions, he/she qualifies to the next level.
** Qualifying prize/reward at each level for each Subscriber will be different and more attractive.
** Once qualified to the next level, the Subscriber is still eligible for the prize in the previous level.
** Qualification criteria will be score of the Competition Pack Member.
** A Competition Pack Member will be charged only if he/she plays the Competition, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
** There will not be any automatic deduction of charges for this Competition.
** The charged amount will not be refunded to Competition Pack Members under any circumstances.

Competition Languages

The Competition will be known by and be made available in the below mentioned languages: English, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi and Bengali, Oriya, Assamese on IVR

Winner Selection Process

The selection criteria, of the Winner of the Competition, shall take place after completion of the Competition and prize/rewards shall be distributed thereafter.

Winner selection will be done based on the following criteria in the order as mentioned below:
a. Highest Score – The Participant with highest score will be the Winner. In case of a tie on the score, the next criteria will apply.

b. Shortest Possible Time – In case of tie on the points scored, the Participant who took least time to answer the questions would be selected as the Winner.

Winners Announcement

Post verification of Winners, the results will be uploaded on https://one97.com/contest/vil/index.html and the Organizer shall also make 5 consecutive attempts to contact Winners over call/SMS/email to inform about the prizes and further process of claiming the prizes.

The Winner will have to submit the documents (required documents mentioned below) within 30 days post the Organizer contacts the winner through Call or SMS or email.
