Here’s a shout out to all the singer-songwriters. If you have, what it takes to inspire the world with your sound, then upload your original English composition(s) to make your mark in the world of music.

Eligibility

Entry for the Contest is open to all individuals who are residents of India who are aged at least 18 (eighteen) years or over as of 16th January 2019

Shortlisting

** A total of 24 (Twenty Four) Audition Entries will be shortlisted on the basis of the quality & creativity of the submitted Audition Entry by a jury selected by the Owner and Qyuki and hereinafter referred to as “Jury”.
** The Jury will constitute of reputed musicians, music arrangers, producers and music coaches at the discretion of the Owner/ Qyuki. The decision of the Jury is final and binding, and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
** Only a shortlisted Participant will be contacted by the Owner/ Qyuki and/or its representatives. If the Participant has not been selected, there will be no communication of this decision by any form of communication, including email.
** The list of shortlisted Participants will be sent an email acknowledgement with further terms and conditions, which will be accepted by such shortlisted Participants within 72 (seventy two) hours of receipt of the email.

Jury

Clinton Cerejo:
He is an Indian singer, songwriter, composer, record producer, Music director and the recipient of the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke award. He is known to be one of the first musicians to weave western elements into traditional Indian compositions. He has emerged as the flag bearer for fusion Music in India.

A.R.Rahman:
He is a two times Grammy-winning Indian Music director, composer, musician, singer, and Music producer. He is also known as the Mozart of Madras and has been included on the Time 100 list of the world’s most influential people.

This is not all, he has also been awarded the Padma Bhushan, 2 Academy Awards, a Golden Globe, a Bafta, 6 National Film Awards and 15 Filmfare Awards.

Winners

Out of the aforesaid shortlisted LAB Winners, the Owner/ Qyuki and/ or its representatives will select 4 winners who will stand a chance to perform in the Nexa Music i.e. the YouTube Channel where they will perform on original songs created and composed by Clinton Cerejo or A. R. Rahman.

Winners shall also feature in the audio-visual of the song produced by the Owner/ Qyuki and thus agree to make themselves available at the studio for recording and/or dubbing/ performing at such time and location as determined by the Owner/ Qyuki and as communicated to the Winners.
