Contest Period

The Contest shall be held on Star Bharat’s Facebook profile at the https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FStarBharatOfficial%2F respectively from 14th February, 2019 18:00 hours to 24 th February, 2019 23:59 hours

Eligibility

Participant must be a citizen and resident of India. Women participating in the Contest shall be of 18 years of age or above at the start date of the Contest Period and men/others participating in the contest shall be 21 years of age or above.

How To Participate?

** The Contest shall be held on Star Bharat’s Facebook profile at the https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FStarBharatOfficial%2F
** Participants share their story in text describing how the men/others, i.e., boyfriend/fiancé/husband struggled to convince the father/family of the woman about the relationship, with characters of the description not exceeding more than 500 characters and as required by Star India from time to time.
** Such description will be evaluated by Star India who will choose the winners.

Shortlisted Participants

At the end of the Contest Period, out of all Entry/ies received on the Facebook page within the Contest Period, the Top 2 Participants whose Entries are valid and all aforesaid selection parameters, have been successfully met and adjudged shall be selected on the basis of their ranks and shall be eligible to win the Contest

The Shortlisted Participant will be contacted via Direct Message to provide their name, age, email id and phone number within 24 hours of being contacted via Private message to hello@startv.com within 24 hours of such Private Message

Communication to the Winner shall be done on or before 28 th February, 2019. In the unlikely event that case the Winner announcement is postponed and/or delayed for any reason whatsoever, Star India will not be held responsible.

Prizes

The Winners shall each win an opportunity to visit the lead protagonists of the Program Akhilendra Mishra, Aashay Mishra and/or Swarda Thigale (depending on the availability of the artists) of the Program along with the respective boyfriend/fiancé/husband/girlfriend/wife and father/family of the woman at the time and location as stipulated by Star India.

General Rules

** Star India may at its sole discretion extend or curtail the Period of the Contest or may suspend or abandon the same at any time without any prior notice of the same.
** Entries sent after the Period will not be considered for the Contest and shall be deemed null and void.
** Participant(s) shall at all times ensure that the Entry adheres to the applicable laws in force in the territory of India.
