HIL Charminar T20 Consumer Contest

These terms and conditions shall be applicable to all the consumers who wish or intend to participate in the “Consumer Scheme for Charminar”  being conducted by HIL LIMITED  from 1st February, 2019 to 31st March, 2019, both days inclusive.

Who Can Participate?

The Contest shall be open for all the residents of India above the age of 18 years. Please note that Corporates shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Corporates include a public or a private limited company.

How To Participate?

To participate in the Contest, the following process is required to be followed by the Participants

Step-1: Customer should purchase Charminar sheets & accessories from the retailer or stockist across India for a value equal to or higher than ` 2000/- during the Scheme Period only.
Step-2: Customer should ask for a valid bill / invoice from the retailer or stockist from whom he / she shall purchase the material.
Step-3: Bill must contain a bill number, total bill amount & bill date. The bill must be produced in original when asked by the HIL representative for verification.
Step-4: Customer will message the bill number & bill amount to < Specific Long Code > as mentioned in the website (www.hil.in) in the following format: CHARMINAR (Zone No.) < Unique Bill Number > SPACE < Total Bill Amount >
Step-5: Refer Zone No.s here: Zone No. 1: Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana and Punjab, Zone No. 2: Bihar and Jharkhand,Zone No. 3: West Bengal and Odisha, Zone No. 4: Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh, Zone No. 5: Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan, Zone No. 6: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.
Step-6: After sending the message, the Customer shall receive an auto response from HIL, confirming the receipt of the message.
Step-7: On successful completion of the Contest, HIL shall select the winners through lucky draw.
Step-8: Consumers from entire Country, except from the States of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, New Delhi, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, and the Union Territories of Puducherry & Andaman and Nicobar Islands, shall be eligible to participate in the Contest.

Prizes

Participants upon valid registration during the Contest Period shall stand a chance to win an T20 match ticket for 2 persons.

Winners

The Winners shall be announced on 5th April, 2019. The list of Winners shall be uploaded on official website of HIL i.e. www.hil.in The decision of HIL in this regard shall be final and binding.

In addition to a caption on website, all the Winners shall receive an SMS on their registered mobile numbers. Each Winner will be able to claim Two Free Tickets for T20 match  within 48 hours of announcement, after verification of indicated documents by HIL representative.

Contest Terms

** Participant would be able to send only one SMS through a single mobile number to participate in the Contest.
** No part redemption will be possible.
** The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
** New Unique Code cannot be used for SMS booking.
** HIL shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any other such loss.
** HIL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify / change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
** The personal information shared with HIL, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the Participant.
** The Prize is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
** The employees of HIL, their dependants, agencies associated with this Contest and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this Contest.
** All disputes with respect to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Hyderabad alone.
