** Each User(s) hereby acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between the User(s) and STAR INDIA and its/their affiliated companies is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship.
** User(s) agree, understand and acknowledge that there is no prize/gratification for the Activity including but not limited to downloading the Song as detailed herein.
** It is clarified that all costs including mobile data charges, if any, towards downloading the Song shall be borne by the User solely without any recourse whatsoever to STAR INDIA or the Channel.
