Participation is restricted to Indian citizens only.

How To Participate?

** To participate in this contest, participants should have a legitimate Facebook and/or Twitter and/or Instagram account.
** Participants have to tell us why their favourite Biryani is the best in the comments section of the contest post. The participants may also tag their loved ones to share their story.
** Entries will be accepted only on the brand’s website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram page(fortunefoods.com/fbpl3) (facebook.com/FortuneFoods) (twitter.com/FortuneFoods) (instagram.com/fortune.foods) and will not be accepted through any other medium.

Winner Determination & Award

The decision of selection of the best entries lies with the jury consisting of the core committee of AWL & its authorized agency. The best entries will be selected only based on the originality, creativity & novelty of the entry as evaluated by the jury.

Jury’s selection of entries and winner will be final and binding on all participants and shall not be subject to any review or appeal under any circumstances. No review or enquiry into the selection process of the winners shall be entertained. Participants can take part from any part of India.

Gratification

There will be 1 level of gratification for the contest mentioned as per below. AWL will reserve all rights to change the same at any point of time at its sole discretion. Selected winners will receive a gift or gift voucher from Fortune Biryani Classic Basmati Rice.

Winners Announcement

The announcement for the winners of the contest will be made on our social media platforms only. The winners of the Fortune Biryani Premier League Contest will be announced at the end of the contest or at AWL’S discretion. The winners will be informed about the details through our social media handles only.

General Terms

** AWL reserves its right at its sole discretion to accept or reject participation from any participant to the contest.
** Efforts will be made to follow the timelines. However, in the event of circumstances beyond the control of AWL, these timelines may need to be altered.
** AWL reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes will be of equal or greater value).
** No review or enquiry into the selection process of the winners will be entertained.
** Winners will have to share their further details when contacted for the gratification by the company or their authorized agency.
** The winners will have to share their details within one week from the date of announcement of winners for enabling AWL to send the prize.
** In the event the winners fail to provide the details within one week, the prize of the winners shall stand cancelled and they will not be eligible for the prize.
** The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, non-refundable and is non-transferable.
** Employees of AWL, their immediate families, employees of AWL’s advertising agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to qualify or participate in the contest associated with this activity.
