Eligibility

The contest is open to children who are below 18 years of age on 1st November, 2019, entering through their parent/guardian and who are residents of India.

Contest Period

The Contest will start on 1st November, 2019 and run till 10th January, 2020.

How To Enter?

1. To enter the Contest, the Participant shall vote for their favourite Tinkle toon/story/issue/cover etc. from Tinkle Magazine on the Tinkle website.
2. ACK shall select winners for the contest. The Winners shall receive prizes from ACK.
3. There is no entry fee to enter this Contest.
4. The Contest will start on 1st November, 2019 and run till 10th January, 2020.
5. The Participant can send his/her vote through online link provided in the copy of Tinkle Magazine – November first issue 2019 (727); Participants will have to submit their vote through the Google form.
6. No votes to the Contest will be accepted via email or post.
7. Only one vote will be accepted per Participant. Multiple votes from the same Participant will be disqualified.
8. Closing date for voting will be January 10th, 2020. After this date no further entries to the contest will be permitted.

Contest Terms

1. No responsibility can be accepted for votes not received for whatever reason.
2. ACK shall in its sole discretion shortlist Winners for the Contest entered by the Participants.
3. The Winners shall be informed by the Company through a medium of communication of its choice.
4. Prizes distributed and any changes to the prizes will be on the sole discretion of ACK.
5. ACK shall not be held responsible if the prizes delivered to the Winners are damaged or get spoilt.
6. The Participant agrees that all rights associated with the Tinkle toon/story/issue/cover etc. based on the vote sent shall vest with ACK at all times.
7. ACK reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Contest, with or without any reason.
8. The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the Contest are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
9. ACK’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
10. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions, nor the running of this Contest to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on ACK.
