Eligibility

** This offer is open to Indian Citizens living in India only who have attained the age of 18 years or above (Participants).
** Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.
** The scheme is for two wheeler customers only

Offer Period

Offer commences on 16th December 2019 and closes on 31st January 2020 at midnight. Any entries received after 12.00 midnight on 31st January 2020 will not be considered.

How To Participate?

Customers purchasing minimum 1 litre petrol & 1 pack of MAK 4T Lubricant together from selected BPCL Retails Outlets having QOC facility are eligible to participate in the offer.

The scheme is applicable only on below mentioned 4T MAK Lubricants grades subject to their availability at the participating outlet,
** MAK 4T STALLION 20W 50 – 1 LITRE & 900 ML
** MAK 4T Plus (SL 20W-40) 1 LITRE & 900 ML
** MAK 4T ZIPP 10W 30- 1 LITRE & 900 ML
** MAK 4T ROYAL 15 W 50 -2.5 LITRE & 1 LITRE
** MAK 4T SCOOTECH NXT 800 ML & 900 ML
** MAK 4T NXT 1 LITRE & 900 ML

Customers can participate in the contests by two methods:
Participation is either through Mobile App entry (All India ) or Web page entry (only for Tamil Nadu & Puducherry ) or SMS entry (for Rest of India).Only one of these entries will be considered for eligibility.

Participation Through Mobile App

** A customer purchasing minimum 1 liter petrol & 1 pack of MAK 4T Lubricant together from participating BPCL’s Retail Outlets would be assisted to enter details like Name, mobile no., Vehicle no. and the coupon no in Mobile App available at the RO dealer.

** The coupon no. is available inside the pack of the lubricant and carries an instant reward of up to Rs. 1000. Once the coupon no. is successfully entered, the customer shall receive a confirmation SMS on the registered Mobile no. confirming participation.

Participation Through SMS

** A customer purchasing minimum 1 liter petrol & 1 pack of MAK 4T Lubricant together from BPCL’s Retails Outlets should SMS: PARTICIPATE<Space>MAK <Space> RO DEALER CODE <Space> MAK Coupon Number to 57575.

** Here the Dealer Code is unique 6 Digit code for BPCL RO prominently displayed at the retail outlet and the Coupon No. is the 10 digit unique no. of the MAK Coupon available inside the pack of MAK 4T Lubricant.

** In case of any difficulty in spotting the RO Dealer code, customer to seek help from dealer representative.

** Before surrendering the scratch coupon to BPCL Retail Outlet, Customer has to note down a 10 Digit Numeric Unique Code printed below Scratch portion of each coupon

** If the RO DEALER CODE is 123456 and the MAK coupon no. is 1234567899, the customer has to SMS: PARTICIPATE MAK 123456 1234567899 to the number 57575.

** The space between each field has to be maintained and the SMS format has to be correct, otherwise entry will not be valid.

** The SMS facility is available through all service providers .BPCL shall not be liable or responsible, if for any reason the customer is not able to do SMS as per the standard format or does not receive the acknowledgement for having participated in the contest because of technical/other issues.

Participation Through Webpage

** Participants from Tamil Nadu & Puducherry can participate by clicking Picture/Selfie with the MAK 4T Container at RO,or with a Prop or a Standee/Banner or near the Quick Oil Change Machine available at RO.

** Thereafter, to be eligible to win the Gift Voucher or the Singapore Trip, she/he will be required to post a selfie/picture on the contest Mobile App or they are required to submit the “Selfie/picture” entry through webpage bpclsingaporecontest.in filling all required details.

** In case customer chooses to place his entry after leaving RO premises, then -before leaving RO premises, customer should note down 6 Digit RO Dealer Code, 10 Digit MAK Coupon No. and also save the picture to be uploaded at webpage.

** Based on the creativity and uniqueness of the Selfie/Picture, organizers will judge the winners who will be eligible for winning the Singapore trip/ Gift Vouchers.

** The Organizers shall have sole discretion to shortlist Participants on the basis of their selfies/pictures and no appeal/challenge for the same shall be entertained.

** Selfie/Picture Contest winners for Tamil Nadu/Puducherry customers or Electronic Lucky draw for other State customers will be conducted for Gift Voucher of Rs 1000/, on 23rd Dec 19, 30th Dec 19, 6th Jan 20, 13th Jan 20 , 20th Jan 20 ,27th Jan and Finally on 5th February 20, in the presence of an independent third-party /functional group members of BPCL.

** 5th Feberuary’20 will also be the date of Lucky draw/Contest winner for Singapore offer. The winners shall be declared within 7 days of completion of contests.

** Date of draw/selection of contest winners can be changed at sole discretion BPCL and it will be notified on our website only.

1) The customer on purchase of minimum 1 litre petrol & 1 pack of MAK 4T Lubricant together is assured of following gifts

Free petrol worth Rs. 50 instantly and The pack of MAK 4T lubricants contains coupon value which can range from Rs20/- to Rs1000/- and can be redeemed over the counter at the Retail Outlet itself.

2) The customer on purchase of minimum 1 liter petrol & 1 pack of MAK 4T Lubricant together also becomes eligible to win following exciting prizes :

1000 consumers stand to win Rs.1000/- worth Gift vouchers. There will be 10 Winners randomly drawn every week across area of all BPCL Retail State Heads (10 Winners X 15 State Offices X 6 weeks = 900 winners). For Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, winners will be selected on basis of a Selfie/photo Contest.

On the day of final draw, 100 more winners would be selected (5 winners will be selected from Tamil Nadu & Puducherry based on a Selfie/photo Contest and remaining 95 on Random draw across rest of India)

3) 30 lucky winners (trip for 2) to win the MEGA PRIZE of an all paid Singapore trip for 3 nights 4 days

(There will be maximum two winners from each BPCL Retail State Head office. For Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, winners will be decided based on Selfie Contest)

Note:
** The prizes of Singapore trip/ Gift Vouchers would be decided through a system based random process that would select the winners through the mobile number based data of valid entries received.

** No invitation for Lucky draw shall be extended to participating customers. The selection process is automated at the backend with no human intervention.

** This process would be conducted in the presence of an independent third-party /functional group members of BPCL.

** A Participant who wins Rs. 1000 Gift voucher in weekly draw/contest, would not be eligible for further weekly draw/contest.

** He/She however be eligible to participate in subsequent lucky draw/contest for a chance to win a Singapore Trip.

** Date of Travel is likely to be in April/May 2020 and it will be binding on Winners to join the conducted Tour as per final dates informed.
