** Independence Day – 15 Aug 2020

** Onam/Thiruvonam – 31 Aug 2020

Applicability
** This Offer is applicable ONLY to “Offer Product(s)” as defined.
** This Offer is applicable for the Regular Edition of the Offer Product(s).
** This Offer is only applicable to single pack users.
** This Offer is applicable ONLY within the geographical territories of India.
** The End User has to purchase Offer Product(s) within the geographical territories of India to be eligible to participate in this Offer.
** Quick Heal shall not entertain any claim from End User who has purchased Offer Product(s) outside the geographical territories of India.
** This Offer shall be applicable for single user.
** This Offer SHALL NOT be applicable for products other than Offer Products (s).
** This Offer will not be applicable with respect to the Offer Product(s) purchased under special cases/academic cases as decided by Quick Heal.
** This Offer shall NOT be applicable to the products/licenses issued for trial purpose, ‘OEM packs’ of Quick Heal.
** This Offer shall not be applicable to any Complimentary packs provided by Quick Heal.
** This Offer cannot/shall NOT be combined with any other Offer.
** This offer is valid for Windows products.
** Quick Heal shall not entertain any claim from End User who purchased / has purchased Offer Product(s) without complying or by violating any of the terms and conditions of the Offer.
** Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a mandatory requirement to participate in this Offer.
Assured Benefits
1. During the Offer period, all End Users will be eligible for Assured Benefit of free extended validity of 4 months on activation of the Quick Heal Total Security Festive pack on the mentioned festive days.
2. Quick Heal shall not entertain any claim from End User, if end user fails to claim benefit during Tenure of the Offer, this is of essence to the Offer.
Promotional Activities
End User gives their unconditional consent by accepting these terms and conditions to receive promotional mails from Quick Heal in future but not limited to Offer Period.
