i. Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age;
ii. Subscriber must be a resident of any Circles(s) of India as listed
iii. Subscriber must belong to any one of the Circles mentioned herein;
iv. Subscriber must not be a resident of Telangana State.
v. Subscriber must be an active Subscriber of BSNL Mobile;
