Silver Zone SKGK Olympiad
Smart Kid General Knowledge Olympiad (SKGK) of the SilverZone Foundation is the best possible way to ensure the growth of a student (based on subjects like History, Geography, General Science, Current affairs and sport etc.), both on personal as well as on academic counts.

The olympiad is held annually not only at the National but also at the International levels. The event is sure to broaden the vision of a student, thereby enabling him/her to understand and analyse a situation better than one would without proper knowledge.
SKGK is open for the students of Classes I- X, studying under CBSE, ICSE,ICBSE or any other recognised state boards of India.
Olympiad Details
SKGK is organized in the respective schools of the participants during the school hours. The structure of the event stands as the following:
An objective-type test of 60 minutes duration, comprising 40 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for classes I and II; and 50 MCQs for the classes III to class X. The question paper is class specific and usually consists of the following sections:
( Classes I-V):
(i) Section-1: General Awareness
(ii) Section-2: Scholar’s Zone
( Classes VI -X):
(i) Section-1: General Awareness
(ii) Section-2: Current Affairs
(iii) Section-3: Scholar’s Zone
The medium of the test is English only. The Olympiad is conducted on two dates. Each school may select a date for conducting the Olympiad as per its convenience. Each date of the Olympiad has a separate set of question papers.
Note:
Principals/teachers may please note that any school can become a registered centre for the Smart Kid General Knowledge Olympiad (SKGK). No fee is required for the same. Only for feasibility reason, a minimum of 20 students need to be registered for the iiO, from the school.

| 2nd | 2nd Intl. Olympiad rank holder in each class will be awarded with a Cash Prize of Rs. 15,000/- along with a winner’s Trophy. |
| 3rd | 3rd Intl. Olympiad rank holder in each class will be awarded with a Cash Prize of Rs. 10,000/- along with a winner’s Trophy. |
| 4th to 10th | 4th to 10th Intl. Olympiad rank holders in each class will be awarded with wrist watches. |
| 11th to 25th | 11th to 25th Intl. Olympiad rank holders in each class will be awarded with exciting prizes. |
| 26th to 500th | 26th to 500th Intl. Olympiad rank holders in each class will be awarded with the topper achievement certificate. |
| 1th, 2th and 3th | All Zonal Rank 1st, 2nd 3rd rank holders of all classes will be awarded with exciting prizes |
| 1st, 2nd 3rd | Class Topper 1st, 2nd 3rd rank holders of every class of each school will be awarded with a symbolic Gold, Silver and Bronze medals respectively, provided the topper obtains at least 50% marks |
| All | All the participants will be awarded with the participation Certificate Reflecting their Class/Zonal/Olympiad Ranks and Marks. |
Important Dates
** As SKGKO 2020 is being organised at National and International level, due to various reasons, it is not possible to conduct the Olympiad on a specific single date. The Smart Kid General Knowledge Olympiad will be conducted on 06th November 2020 and 19th December 2020.
** Please decide the date which is suitable to your school.
** You may opt for either 06th November 2020 or 19th December 2020 as your International Social Studies Olympiad date. Last date of registration is 31st August, 2020.
** The Result of the 1st Level will be available at www.silverzone.org in the month of January 2021.
