Eligibility

This Contest is open to all individual participant (the “Participant(s)”) who shall as on May 7, 2020

a. be between the age group of 6 years upto 17 years (both included)
b. have a valid proof Indian citizenship,
c. be permanent residents of India; and be viewers of the channels “Nick”, “Nick Jr. India”, “Nick Plus HD”, “Sonic”

Contest Period

The Contest shall commence at 9.00 AM on May 7, 2020 and shall conclude at 11.59 PM on May 10, 2020

How To Participate?

A Participant may participate in the Contest by following the below steps, during the Contest Period,

a) Log-on to the official Nick India website at the following link www.nickindia.com/mothersday during the Contest Period

b) Upload on the Contest Page, a selfie image of the Participant with their mother. Participant should not that the Contest Image shall be either in a JPEF/PNG format and shall be not be more than 2 MB.

c) Write a message wishing his/her mother a happy Mother’s Day (“Contest Message”) in the space provided in the Contest Page.

d) The Participant will also be required to provide details such as Participant’s name, age, city, email id in the form provided therein. The Form, Contest Image and the Contest Message is hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contest Submission”.

e) Thereafter, Participant is required to click on the ‘SUBMIT’ or such other button/option provided therein whereby the Contest Submission will be submitted to the Organizer’s backend. Participants are required to follow the instructions provided on the Contest Page.

Shortlisted Participants Selection

At any time during or after the Contest Period, the Organizer shall evaluate and shortlist Contest Entry which in the sole opinion of the Organizer are the most creative and best Contest Entry.

The aforementioned entries shall be referred to as Shortlisted Contest Entry. The Participants who have submitted these Shortlisted Contest Entry shall be selected for verification as Shortlisted Participants. The Organizer may reach out to such Shortlisted Participant for further verification of documents.

Gratification

As gratification/prize for this Contest, Winner’s Contest Entry shall be featured/posted by Organizer either by way of a post or story, either on the website www.nickindia.com and/or on Organizer’s official Facebook and Instagram account.

Organizer shall have the sole right to determine which platform(s) the Winner’s Contest Entry should be posted on. No questions or communications shall be entertained in this regard for any reason.
