Eligibility

Contest is open to all individual participation who :
** Are citizens of India and hold valid proof of citizenship;
** Are above 18 (eighteen) years of age;

** Have and are able to provide a valid email address to Viacom18 when required;
** Have downloaded the Voot mobile application on their mobile phone device and/or any other device and registered themselves on the Voot App.

** The Participant agrees that he/she will be required to submit all valid proofs of name/ age/ address/ nationality/citizenship and/or any other document if and as may be required by Viacom18 from time to time.

Contest Period

The Contest shall be conducted every week of the Program Contest Period, for each episode, of the program i.e. for each of the total 10 (ten) Episodes or such other number of Episodes of the Program as solely decided by the Organizer.

The Contest period shall commence on every Friday of the week at 09:00 hours starting on 8th May, 2020 and conclude on the coming Thursday at 23:59 hours for the given week till the last episode i.e. Episode No.10

For instance, Contest for Episode#1 of the Program shall commence on 8th May, 2020 Friday at 09:00 hours and conclude on 14th May, 2020 Thursday at 23:59 hours while Contest for Episode#2 shall commence on 15th May, 2020 Friday at 09:00 hours and conclude on 21st May, 2020 Thursday at 23:59 hours and so on till the first exhibition of the last Episode of the Program

Contest Video

** Viacom18 will invite participation from the viewers by throwing a simple challenge / task at the viewers, asking the viewers to record their performance of the aforesaid challenge / task, in the form of an audio-visual recording and finally submit the Contest Video on the Voot App.

** The Participant shall ensure that the duration of the Contest Video shall be minimum 30 (thirty) seconds and maximum up to 60 (sixty) seconds. Any Contest Video which does not adhere to the aforesaid duration will be rejected. The Participants may upload his/her Contest Video on the Voot App multiple number of times before the end of the Weekly Contest Period.

Method of Participation

Participation process shall include the following steps:

** The Participant shall be required to click on the link as displayed on the Voot App and complete the registration process by entering details/fields which may include such details as, inter alia,
i) Name,
ii) Age,
iii) Address,
iv) Nationality,
v) email id,
vi) online social media accounts,
vii) Contact number mobile;
viii) Contact number landline, etc.

** After filling in all the required details the Participant shall upload / submit the Contest Video as per the instructions, steps and specifications detailed herein and detailed within the Voot App from time to time.

** By submitting the information on the Voot App, through documents and /or otherwise, the Participant hereby waives all privacy rights and/or any other rights including but not limited to proprietary rights, copyrights, etc. and/or any privacy expectations that the Participant may have with respect to the use of the information furnished by the Participant in any manner.

Selection Process

Viacom18 will review all the eligible Contest Video(s) submitted during the Weekly Contest Period and after the submissions are thoroughly scrutinized by Viacom18 and/or its representatives, Viacom18 will then select a total of 1 (one) contest winner who has submitted the most relevant and creative eligible Contest Video(s) for each week of the Program Contest Period.
