Eligibility

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Note :
Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Contest Period

This Contest will commence from June 1st, 2020 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end June 30th, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m.

How To Enter?

In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must:

(a) download the mobile/tablet application of Amazon.in (“Amazon.in App”); and
(b) thereafter, sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Amazon.in App.

Winners Selection

At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who undertake the actions stated in Section 2 above in accordance with these T&Cs, 1 participant will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which they will receive from Amazon through an email.

Prizes

There is 1 prize that will be provided under this Contest. The Prize will be delivered to the winner on or before July 15th, 2020 by Amazon.

Odds Of Winning :
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

Prize Drawing :
The drawing for selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period.We will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more.
