Festive Dhamaka Terms & Conditions :

This FESTIVE DHAMAKA (“Contest”) is organized by Techzone(“Techzone”)having its registered office at Gee Gee Universal, 2nd Floor, No.2, Mc Nichols Road, Chetpet, Chennai – 600031, Indiafor the Subscribers of Reliance Communications Limited (“Reliance”) across India and is subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”).

Competition Last Date : 5th Jan 2016

The Contest is wholly being sponsored and managed by Techzone. The Subscribers understand and agree that Reliance is only facilitating Techzone in the Contest and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, in respect of any claims, allegations or proceedings initiated by or on behalf of the Subscribers, in connection with the Contest, and any such matters shall be solely resolved by Techzone with the concerned Subscribers directly.

The Subscriber agrees that these Terms and conditions available on rcom.co.in and the Subscriber unconditionally and irrevocably accepts all of these terms and conditions in its entirety. The Terms may be modified at any time during the Contest Period.

Duration/ Term of the Contest :
The Contest shall be valid during the Contest Period Reliance and Techzone reserve theright to extend ,shorten or cancel the Contest Period at any point of time, at its sole discretion. The end date of the Contest is 5thJanuary, 2015, however the same may be extended at the sole discretion of Reliance and Techzone.

Duration – 5th November 2015 to 5th Jan 2015

Eligibility Criteria For Contest :

1. The Contest is valid forboth the reliance prepaid and postpaidCDMA Subscribers subject to their acceptance of other eligibility conditions under the Contest, in the below given 20 circles* (as per the below schedule for circles) who successfully participate for the “FESTIVE DHAMAKA” Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) by following the subscription process mentioned hereunder.

2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the operation of, or participation in the Contest, is prohibited in any State and/or territory or part thereof as per applicable law, the Subscribers from such State and/or territory or part thereof shall not be eligible to subscribe to or participate in the Contest. No further notice shall be given by Techzone or Reliance in this regard. Participation will be open only in the above-mentioned Circles of Reliance.

3. In order to be eligible for this Contest, a Subscriber/Participant must fulfill the following criteria :
** He/She should be above 18 years of age.
** He/She must be citizen of India.
** He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship ** Subscriber must belong to any of the Circles mentioned above;

4.The employees of Reliance and ofTechzone, its Affiliates/subsidiaries, sponsors of the prizes, associated agencies, participating operators and their immediate family members and relatives shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest and shall be excluded from the definition of Subscriber for the purpose of the Contest.

5. The Contest will be available on SMS in 2 languages and on IVR in _2 ( Hindi & English)_languages.

Selection Of Top Performers :
User to be selected on the basis of the highest point in a day/week/month. In case where there are two winners according to the point system. Then the winner will be judged on the basis of consumption.

A. Daily Recharge:
1. The selection for the winners of the prize of Daily Talk time shall take place each day from the date of start date of the Contestaccordance to the point earned by the customer. The winner shall be intimated the Prize within 48 hours of such selection.
2. All the Winners shall be chosen based on the highest accumulated points.
3. No Subscriber can win the daily prize more than once on the same day, but he is eligible to participate in the contest the other days.
4. The talk time recharge of the winner will be credited in its core talk time balance.
5. Subscriber who wins a daily prize shall also be eligible for Weekly Recharge and Monthly Recharge.

B. Weekly Recharge:
1. The selection for the winners of the prize of Weekly Recharge shall take place every 7 days (every Monday) from the date of start date of the Contest accordance to the point earned by the customer. The winner shall be intimated the Prize within 48 hours of such selection.
2. All the Winners shall be chosen based on the highest accumulated points.
3. No Subscriber can win the Weekly prize more than once in the same week, but he is eligible to participate in the contest the next week.
4. The talk time recharge of the winner will be credited in its core talk time balance.
5. Subscriber who wins a weekly prize shall also be eligible to participate in daily Recharge and Monthly Recharge.

C. Monthly Recharge:
1. The selection for the winners of the prize of Monthly Recharge shall take place every 30 days (30th of every month) from the date of start date of the Contest accordance to the point earned by the customer. The winner shall be intimated the Prize within 48 hours of such selection.
2. All the Winners shall be chosen based on the highest accumulated points.
3. No Subscriber can win the monthly prize more than once.
4. The talk time recharge of the winner will be credited in its core talk time balance.
5. Subscriber who wins a monthly prize shall also be eligible to participate in daily Recharge and weekly Recharge.

Note:
** The winners will be informed via SMS about their Prize which will be followed by proper checks and compliance to the conditions stated herein.
** The list of winners of all Prizes after verification of the compliance of the conditions stated herein, will be announced within 48 hours of each day’s Contest closure (each day’s Contest time shall mean the time from00:00:01 to 23:59:59 Hrs) and the same will be displayed in the Website.
** In the event the declared winner does not respond or do not meet the conditions specified herein, the Prize shall be offered to the next winner following the due process
