DSTE Tripura Online Painting Competition

On account of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation to create awareness among the students on the importance of ecology & environment, TCCC is going to organize an online painting competition for the students within the state of Tripura.

Who Can Participate?

TCCC invites applications from the interested & eligible students from different schools within the state of Tripura.

How to Participate?

Students shall prepare their own paint and click both sides of the paint (one side paint & other side student details) with a size of minimum 3 MB and maximum 10 MB each through their own/parents/guardian/relatives/neighbors mobile and send the same to an email address painttripura2020 [AT] gmail.com.

Kindly note that on the back side of the paint students must put his/her following details
1. Group (A/B/C)
2. Name of student (in Block letter)
3. Gender
4. Date of Birth
5. Name of Father/Mother/Guardian
6. Name of School
7. Address of School
8. Class
9. Mobile No.

Terms & Conditions

a) The painting competition should strictly conform to these guidelines i.e. painting must be related to theme.
b) Only one entry per student will be allowed for the online competition.

c) While sending the entries through email, the size of the photo of the painting should be Minimum 3 MB and Maximum 10 MB.

d) Declaration shall have to be submitted mandatorily by the applicant along with parents/guardian signature for the authenticity of painting after shortlisting of the candidate which will be informed in due course of time.

e) An applicant will be disqualified from the competition if it is found that he/she is trying to influence any member of the jury by way of writing letters, sending emails, making telephone calls, approaching in person or any other similar activity in this regard.

f) Any applicant found to give false information at any stage of the competition is bound to be disqualified.

g) The decisions of the Screening Committee and the Jury shall be final and binding on all participants. The Jury may seek clarifications on any aspect (including age, class etc.) of an entry from the participant, and if the same is not furnished within the given time, the entry will be disqualified.

h) Relatives of employees working in DSTE, Govt. of Tripura and its Autonomous Bodies will not be considered for the prize.

i) Painting provided by the applicant will be deemed confidential and only used for competition or any other promotional purposes by DSTE, Government of Tripura.

Applicants may understand that their consent for use of their Paintings by the DSTE, Govt. of Tripura for any promotional activities in future is inherent and included in their act of submission of their entries to this competition.

j) The cost of making the Paintings is to be borne by the applicant and NO REIMBURSEMENT for the same will be given by the DSTE, Govt. of Tripura.
k) Authority has all right to accept or reject any entry without showing any reason.

l) Authority has the right to modify amend any/all terms & conditions of the respective competition.

Last Date

The last date for online submission is 25/07/2020. No entry will be entertained after the last date of submission. Before sending the entries students are requested to go through the terms and conditions for online painting competition.
