DSTE Tripura Online Short Essay Writing Competition

On account of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation to create awareness among the students & common citizens on the importance of ecology & environment, TCCC is going to organize an online short essay competition for the students & common citizens within the state of Tripura.

Who Can Participate?

TCCC invites applications from the interested & eligible students/common citizens from within the state of Tripura.

How to Participate?

Students/citizens shall prepare their own hand written essay and forward the same to an email address shortessaytripura2020 [AT] gmail.com.

Kindly note that on first page of the essay students/common citizen must put his/her following details
1. Group (A/B/C)
2. Name (in Block letter)
3. Gender
4. Date of Birth
5. Mobile No.

Terms & Conditions

a) The short essay writing competition should strictly conform to these guidelines i.e. essay must be related to theme.

b) Students/common citizen shall prepare the short essay in his/her own hand written form and take a clear picture for sending through email. The size of the photo of the short essay should be Minimum 1 MB.

c) Declaration shall have to be submitted mandatorily by the applicant for authenticity after shortlisting which will be informed in due course of time.

d) An applicant will be disqualified from the competition if it is found that he/she is trying to influence any member of the jury by way of writing letters, sending emails, making telephone calls, approaching in person or any other similar activity in this regard.

e) Any applicant found to give false information at any stage of the competition is bound to be disqualified.

f) The decisions of the Screening Committee and the Jury shall be final and binding on all participants. The Jury may seek clarifications on any aspect (including age, class, documents etc.) of an entry from the participant, and if the same is not furnished within the given time, the entry could be disqualified.

g) Relatives of employees working in DSTE, Govt. of Tripura and its Autonomous Bodies will not be considered for the prize.

h) Short essay writing provided by the applicant will be deemed confidential and only used for competition or any other promotional purposes by DSTE, Government of Tripura.

Applicants may understand that their consent for use of their short essay by the DSTE, Govt. of Tripura for any promotional activities in future is inherent and included in their act of submission of their entries to this competition.

i) Authority has all right to accept or reject any entry without showing any reason.
j) Authority has the right to modify amend any/all terms & conditions of the respective competition.

Last Date

The last date for online submission is 25/07/2020. No entry will be entertained after the last date of submission. Before sending the entries students are requested to go through the terms and conditions for online short essay competition.
