Whirlpool Pratheekshayude Onam Contest

The PRATHEEKSHAYUDE Onam Contest is hosted by Whirlpool of India Limited and/or its affiliates (Whirlpool).

The Contest is valid in select cities in the State of Kerala on the terms and conditions as stated hereunder. Offer valid till stocks last. Limited Period offer.

Contest Period

The Contest is commencing from July 1st, 2020 up to September 28th, 2020.

How To Participate?

1) On purchase of Whirlpool Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Water Purifiers, Microwave Ovens excluding accessories and other value added services (Whirlpool appliance) the Purchaser (Participant) would be eligible to get an assured gift. The eligibility of assured gift on purchase of every Whirlpool appliance is as mentioned below:

2) Purchasers to pay ?79 + Taxes (for Borosil Dosa Set and Lunch Box, Portico Dohar Bed sheet, Arrow Travel Bag, Milton Casserole & Sanjeev Kapoor Bowl set of 3) , ?129 + Taxes (for Borosil Dinner set of 10 & For Timex watch) to the dealer at the time of claiming.

3) Apart from the assured gifts, the purchaser, through a lucky draw contest, stands a chance to win and take home one of the following Whirlpool appliances namely 215 IMPRO PRM 3S COOL ILLUSIA, WHITEMAGIC ELITE 6.5 10Y MW GREY, FRESH CARE 6112 Front Load Washing Machine , MAGICOOK 20L SW/ MAGICOOK PRO 20SM BLACKMAGICOOK 20 L CLS-BLACK (Grand Prize) over the term of Contest. Three Hundred One participants shortlisted through lucky draw conducted by Whirlpool (Winners) shall be given the aforementioned Whirlpool appliances (Grand Prize) during the Contest Term.

4) The Purchaser on purchase of the Whirlpool products, apart from the assured gift, will get a scratch card with a system generated alpha-numeric code. To participate in the lucky draw, the Participants shall send the alpha numeric code through wireless messaging service [i.e., short messaging service (SMS)] to 56070 (Entry (ies)).

5) The premium charges for every SMS shall be up to Rs.5/- per SMS depending on the service operator. Even invalid SMS sent for participation in the lucky draw shall also be charged.

6) The timeline for sending the alpha-numeric code to participate in the lucky draw shall start on 1st July, 2020 at 12.00 A.M. and shall remain valid for participation till September 28th, 2020 12:59 P.M. Entries received after 28th September, 2020 shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the lucky draw/Contest.

7) The lucky Winner (the Winners) shall be selected and declared by lucky draw conducted at various Service Providers/Trade Partners showrooms/shops as decided by Whirlpool. The name of the Winner(s) will be confirmed over phone to the Winners at their numbers from which the Entry was received.

The assured gifts can be redeemed by the Participants/Purchasers either at the time of purchase of the Whirlpool Products or within 21 days from the date of purchase from the dealer upon production of original Invoice of purchase.

To claim the Grand Prize under lucky draw, the Winner must send/provide to Whirlpool: valid identification with proof of (i) Age, (ii) Ownership of the number used for sending Entries, if any (iii) Voter’s ID, (iv) copy of Invoice of purchase of Whirlpool Appliances (v) The original scratch card (vi) Rs.500/- (if the prize is a Microwave) OR Rs. 2,000/- (for all other Prizes) to the dealer from whom the product is purchased as discounted cost of the Grand Prize and other documents as required by Whirlpool.

Upon completion of successful verification, the Winner will be given the Prize by the dealer. Refusal or inability to provide any document and/or discounted cost by the Winners makes him/her ineligible for the Grand Prize.
