The Bingo! No Rulz Japan Contest (“Contest”) is organized by ITC Limited purely for promotional purposes.

Eligibility

The Contest is open only for Indian citizens who are currently residing in India.

Contest Period

The Contest shall be open from 00:00 Indian Standard Time (hereinafter referred to as “IST”) on 1 st March 2020 and shall close on 20th September 2020 at 23:59 IST

Participation

** Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
** The Contest is only applicable on the following Bingo! No Rulz packs with Shinchan stickers free – Bingo! No Rulz Tomato, Bingo! No Rulz Masala and Bingo! No Rulz Cheese packs (“No Rulz Promo Packs”).
** Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Contest.
** On purchase of Product, Participants can register to participate by giving a missed call on 8340983409.
** Participant must have a valid number on WhatsApp to participate in this contest.
** When the Participant gives a missed call from a valid number, he/she will then receive a notification on WhatsApp acknowledging the participation.
** For subsequent steps, participant needs to follow the instructions received on WhatsApp including sharing their name and state of residence.

How To Participate?

How to Register for Rest of India Participants?

** Participant residing in any state of India, except Tamil Nadu, can participate by giving a missed call on 8340983409 from any mobile phone number registered in India
** On receiving the missed call, the consumer will get a notification on their WhatsApp application and will get instructions to share their name and state of residence.
** On sharing these details, Participants will receive a notification to submit the following as their entry for the Contest: a picture showing their creativity with the ShinChan sticker (could be any of the following, but not restricted to, a drawing/collage or any other artistic depiction containing the ShinChan sticker or could be a selfie with the sticker)
** On verification of a valid entry, the participant shall receive an online link to redeem the assured reward
** Thereafter, to compete to win a Trip to Japan, she/he will be required to answer a question or complete a sentence/slogan received through WhatsApp. Based on the creativity, uniqueness, and originality of the answer of the Participant as sent via WhatsApp, as judged by ITC Limited, top creative entries across India would be awarded the Trip to Japan.

How to Register for Tamil Nadu Participants?

** In order to participate, the consumer can give a missed call on 8340983409 from any mobile phone number registered in India
** On receiving the missed call, consumer gets a notification on their WhatsApp application and will get instructions to share their name and state of residence.
** On sharing these details, Participants will receive a notification to share a selfie with either of the No Rulz Promo Packs mentioned above. On verification of a valid entry, the participant shall receive an online link to redeem the assured reward.
** Thereafter, to be eligible to win a Trip to Japan, she/he will be required to answer a question or complete a sentence/slogan received through WhatsApp. Based on the creativity, uniqueness, and originality of the answer of the Participant as sent via WhatsApp, as judged by ITC Limited, top creative entries would be awarded the Trip to Japan

Winner Selection

** All the participants will receive assured gift (ShinChan Coloring Book sent digitally) on successfully submitting a valid participation, as described earlier.
** From all entries received from Rest of India and Tamil Nadu, top 5 creative slogan entries will be selected as the winner.
** All winners selected according to this clause shall individually be referred to as “Winner” and collectively as “Winners”.
** The selection of Winners will be based on the creativity, uniqueness, and originality of the answer to complete the slogan
** Winners of the Contest will be announced on the Bingono-rulz.com within 40 days from the completion of the contest period.
** Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or kind. In the event that the winner does not take the Prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the Prizes will be deemed to be forfeited.
** Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused prizes are not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind.
** The image of the Prizes depicted on the ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are indicative only and the actual Prizes/ look of the Prizes may vary from the pictures.

Prize Details

The voucher is valid for 01 Family (2 Adults + 2 children (1 child above 11 years with extra bed +1 Child below 11 years). In case both children are above 11 years old, 2 rooms have to be taken and the cost difference to be paid directly by the customer.

It is valid for group travel for 4nights/5 days. Any changes in the itinerary/date not permitted. In case of any additional services/extension of the tour the cost supplement to be paid directly.
