Sony MAX Deewana Street Dancer Challenge

Deewana Street Dancer Challenge Contest 2020 shall be applicable to the activity conducted by Sony Pictures Networks India Pvt. Ltd. owned television channel ‘Sony MAX’ on the Sony MAX Instagram relating to promotion of one of Channel’s program titled “Street Dancer 3#”.

Who Can Participate?

** The Activity is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India residing in India are not eligible to participate.

** The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Activity as on the date of the Activity.

** The Participants must have a valid public account on the relevant social media platform(s) with settings enabled to allow SPN to view Entries they post via social media.

** Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of SPN and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Activity in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Activity.

How to Participate?

** Activity will be conducted on the Sony MAX social media platform Instagram handle of the Channel

** Users have to share a video not exceeding 90 (ninety) seconds of them doing a dance step from the film ‘Street Dancer 3’ and tagging the official handles of Sony MAX on Instagram or Sony MAX on Facebook along with the Hashtag #DeewanaStreetDancerChallenge.

The videos must not contain any performance of singing or dialogue rendition from the said film or any other film.

** While participating in Activity on social media, Participants shall ensure that the entries include Hashtag #DeewanaStreetDancerChallenge with the Instagram Handle @sonymaxmovies and Facebook Handle @SonyMAX.

Winner Selection

** SPN at its sole discretion shall select the ‘’Winners” who as per SPN and/or its representatives have uploaded videos of them performing the dance steps from the film ‘Street Dancer 3’ in accordance with the terms of these T&C.

** Best videos will stand a chance to win gift vouchers. There will be a maximum of 2 (two) Winners, unless SPN at its sole discretion decides to increase the number of Winners based on the Entries received.

** The decision of SPN in choosing the Winners by randomizer method and/or any such other method shall be final

Winners Announcement

** The Winners shall be declared within 1 week of the end of the Activity through email/direct message and/or respective Facebook and Instagram pages of the Channel.

** The Winners needs to revert with the required details and formalities within twenty-four (24) hours after contacting them. Any responses received after this deadline shall be considered void / Winner shall stand disqualified and SPN shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.

Prizes

The Winners who share their videos using a Street Dancer step and upload using the Contest hashtag and SPN’s Channel handle will win gift vouchers.

Prize Distribution

** SPN shall inform the Winners via email, personal message on Facebook/Instagram or phone number provided by the Participants at the time of entering the Activity.

** SPN may require Winners to provide valid photo identity documents including but not limited to passport and ration card prior to handing over the Prize(s) to verify the identity and address of the Participants.

Terms & Conditions

** The Participants shall be required to provide basic personal information about them including but not limited to Participants name, address, telephone number or mobile number and email address in order to register and participate in the Activity.

** For the Activity, each Participant must submit their complete entry in order to qualify as an entrant in the Activity (“Entries”) through Specific Mode of Participation

** The Participant can win only once in this Activity. Any subsequent wins of the Participant (if declared) will be automatically void.
** Participants should ensure the accuracy of the information provided by them at the time of entering the Activity.

** SPN shall make a maximum of 2 (two) attempts, each attempt being within 1 (one) hour of each other, to contact the Winners via the email id, personal message on Facebook/Instagram, phone number provided by the Participants.
