The contest “PIX PREMIERE LEAGUE” is hosted on SPN’s channel ‘Sony PIX’ and promoted on the Channel and the Channel’s social media platform accounts.

Who Can Participate?

** The Contest is open for residents of India only.
** The Participant must have attained the age of 18 years to participate in the Contest.

** Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of SPN and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Contest in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Contest Period

The Contest shall be hosted during the period commencing from September 19, 2020 and ending November 08, 2020, Monday to Saturday. During the Term, the contest period for each day will be during movies aired at 13:00 hours IST and 23:00 hours IST.

How to Participate?

** To participate in the Contest, Participant shall be required to answer the question announced on the Channel Sony PIX related to the movie broadcasted on the Channel at each day of the Term correctly by giving a missed call to choose an answer to be eligible to win the Prize.

** A question shall be flashed during the movie aired at 13:00 hours IST and 23:00 hours IST.
** There will be three options for each question and a mobile number associated with each option.

** The Participant shall give a missed call on 9820123991 for option A, 9820123992 for option B and 9820123993 for option C, the Period.

Note :
Any missed call for the Entry outside the timeslot aforementioned shall be null and void.

Winners Selection

** SPN shall select 01 (one) winner from the Entries during the Period by the participants on the Platform, basis on a random selection process by SPN and/or its representatives.

** Accordingly, SPN shall select 02 (two) winners daily, (01 (one) winner each for the defined period and shall win exciting hampers and prizes.
** Mega prize will be given to 03 (three) participants who have given the maximum number of correct answers during the Term of the contest.

Winners Announcement

** The Winners will be announced within 15 (fifteen) days from the last day of the Term
** The Participants understand and acknowledge that there might be a delay in dissemination of Prizes in light of the out spread of COVID-19 pandemic and delay in delivery services.

Contacting Winners

** The Winners shall be contacted on the number from which the missed call (or answer entry) is given within seventy two (72) hours of the Announcement Date or such other date as may be notified by SPN.

** SPN will attempt to contact the decided Winner on the number from which the missed call (or answer entry) is given From the first attempt to call, SPN will attempt two (2) more times to contact the Winner.

** If the Winner fails to revert due to any reason, SPN will not make any further attempts to contact the said Winner.

Prize

Each Winner of the Contest shall win Channel merchandise of SPN’s discretion.

How To Claim The Prize?

** The Prize will be sent via courier to the address provided by the Winners upon successful contact by SPN.

** To claim the Prize, the Winners may be required to provide a copy of valid proof of identity, age and address or any other document as may be required by SPN at its sole discretion to SPN.

** Failing to claim the Prize or in the event, not presenting necessary proof of participation and identity to the satisfaction of SPN, Winner shall be disqualified from collecting the Prize and SPN may, at its discretion, select another Winner.
