Who Can Participate?

Nick Toon Hotline Activity is open to all individual applicants/participants who shall, as on 13th November 2020
a. be between the age group of 4 (four) years to 14 (fourteen) years (both included)
b. have a valid proof Indian citizenship,
c. be permanent residents of India;
d. be viewers of the channels “Nick”, “Nick Jr”, “Nick Plus HD”, “Sonic” (“Channels”);

Activity Period

The Activity shall commence at 8:30AM on 13TH November 2020 and shall continue till till such date as decided by Viacom18.

How to Participate?

This Activity gives an opportunity for Participants to interact/talk to their favourite toons (viz. Motu, Patlu, Rudra, Shiva, Gopal, Madhav) by calling on the toll-free number provided, which will be followed by a pre-recorded IVR for Participant to continue with the call and engage in the Activity as per the instructions on the IVR.

The brief flow of the Activity once the Participant calls on the toll-free number provided is as follows

** Welcome greeting where the Participant can select their favorite toon
** Toon specific greeting based on the option selected
** Toon gives Participant an option to tell the Toon 1) A secret 2) A Joke

** Participant can voluntarily select the option i.e for sake of an example 1) A secret – Toon asks the Participant to tell him the secret after the beep
** Participant then tells the secret within the allotted time span of 60 (sixty) seconds

** Toon ends the call and there may be a goodbye line by the Toon.
** An automated Thank You Message will be sent as soon as the call ends

Terms & Conditions

** Employees of Viacom18 and/or their associate and affiliate companies/ concerns and/ or Sponsors will not be qualified for participation in the Activity.

** By participating in this Activity, the Participants hereby acknowledge, affirm and agree that they have read, understood, accept and hereby agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this Activity. Participation in this Activity implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Activity.

** Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior unconditional consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents/guardian.

** Participant understands, acknowledges and agrees that this is not a contest and participation is this Activity will not entitle Participant for any kind of gratification or prize in any manner and for any reason whatsoever and there shall be no claims made in this regard.

** Personally identifiable information which shall include without limitation name, complete address, date of birth, citizenship details, passport details, email address, etc. of the Participant may be collected by Viacom18 to enable Viacom18 to administer and promote this Activity. Participants is required to truthfully provide all requested and updated Personal Information.
