Who Can Participate?

Hindustan Olympiad 2021 contest for all students falling within the territories of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai and Chandigarh to be held by HMVL.

How to Register?

Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary and applicants can participate by completing the registration process online, subject to a payment of INR 200/-(Registration Fee). All registration forms shall be compulsorily accompanied by the fees as provided in the Registration forms.

Just follow the below steps to register for Hindustan Olympiad 2021.

Steps :
Step 1 : Visit the official website of Hindustan Times through provided above.
Step 2 : Read the instructions carefully and click on the “Register as Student” link.
Step 3 : Fill your Personal Details and verify your phone number

Step 4 : Fill the remaining details and pay your exam fee to complete your registration.

Test Level

Levels of tests shall be conducted
1st Level : For all Participants – will have this test as Open Book (without any invigilation/proctoring)

2nd Level : For top 10% of the Participants from each class of each district (& municipal corporation zones for Mumbai & Chandigarh) which will be a proctored using Artificial Intelligence. Use of unfair means may result in disqualification.

District Level :
** The Topper of each class (1st to 12th) at the District level will get a cash scholarship of Rs 2100 & a merit certificate.

State Level :
** The Topper of each class (1st to 12th) at the State level will get a trophy, cash scholarship of Rs 5100 & a merit certificate.

Result Declaration

Results of the Contest shall be declared by HMVL by last week of February, 2021 on the website https://www.hindustanolympiad.in/ & communicated via. Print and digital Ads. for toppers and prizes & e- certificates for the toppers will be awarded in an online felicitation ceremony through Webinar in February, 2021.

Felicitation for class toppers (per Class) @ district level for Delhi/NCR, UP, UK, Bihar & Jharkhand. Felicitation for class toppers (per Class) as per municipal corporation zones for Chandigarh & Mumbai.

Terms & Conditions

** Only correct entries received by HMVL during the Contest period shall be considered eligible for the registration/Contest participation and HMVL shall not be responsible for non-receipt of any entry.

HMVL does not take any responsibility for any errors arising out of incorrect or incomplete entries. Only those Participants with the correct entry (as determined by HMVL) shall be eligible to participate in the Contest.

** Participants (through their Parent/Guardian) hereby explicitly consent to receiving communication from HMVL or representative by email, telephone, Whatsapp or text message for the purposes of providing alerts and information about our services.

** The decision of HMVL with respect to the selection of toppers shall be final and binding upon the Participants/toppers. There shall be no revaluation or revision of the results declared by HMVL.

** Only the toppers shall be informed by HMVL in such manner as may be decided by HMVL from time to time. And the toppers must collect the Prize within 14 days from the date of notification of his/her winning or Felicitation ceremony or such other date as may be decided by HMVL. Venue for collection will be informed by HMVL through notification.

** The prize(s) shall not be transferable or substituted for cash and no such request shall be entertained by HMVL. This prize(s) cannot be clubbed with any other prize.

Last Date

All entries for enrolling in the Hindustan Olympiad shall be received by HMVL by or before 22nd January 2021.
