Contest Period

Contest shall be valid for a period of 4 days commencing from 3rd January, 2021, 12:00 PM to 6th January, 2021, 8:00 PM.

Eligibility

To enter the contest, you must be
** At least 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
** Employees or immediate family members of employees of Lava International Limited and its affiliates & subsidiaries are NOT eligible to participate in the contest.

How to Participate?

** The contest will run on Lava’s social media channels namely

** Participants must guess the specs in all three contest post and respond in the comment sections
** Participants must tag @LavaMobiles in the caption and Nominate three friends and use hastag #Lave7thJanLaunch

** Nominating 3 friends is mandatory.
** Participants must be following Lava Mobiles on whichever platform they are participating on.

Note :
Any entry which is political and demeaning in nature will not be eligible for winning. LAVA solely holds the right to delete any such entry.

Winner Selection

The winners of the Contest will be selected on a lucky draw basis from the bucket of the shortlisted entries. There will be 4 relevant winners of this contest.

** Winner will be announced on the social media pages of LAVA mobiles which will be Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
** The winner will be announced on 7th Jan, 2021

** The gratification of the contest will be given to 4 winners & each of them would get exciting vouchers of Rs. 1500/-
** The winners will be rewarded with vouchers within next 15 days of announcement.

Terms & Conditions

** LAVA International Limited’s decision on matters relating to the Contest (including, but not limited to the selection of the winners) shall be final and absolute.

** Prizes must be collected in accordance with the mode and within a time period which will be specified by LAVA International Limited, at its sole and absolute discretion, upon notification of any winnings.

** The reward cannot be sold, exchanged, converted, transferred, auctioned, assigned in favor of other, or combined with any goods, cash, person or scheme respectively in any circumstances.

** LAVA International Limited shall not be liable for any disruption to the contest, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control.

** All personal data collected may be used in relation to the performance of the Contest.
** The offer is not valid in B2B trade. IN other words only the genuine consumers / prospective consumers are entitled to participate in the contest.

** LAVA International Limited employees are not eligible for participation.
** Winner shall be announced only after a complete verification of details submitted by the participant.

** In the instance of a contest winner being unavailable, another winner may or may not be selected.
