Eligibility

This Contest is open to plumbers who are registered under Birla HIL.

Contest Period

Participants will have to share their Videos i.e., Singing, Dancing & Stand-up Comedy during the prescribed period commencing from 20th January, 2021 at 05:00 pm and ends on 28th Feb 2020 by 5:00 pm

How to Participate?

** Each participant should share their own Videos i.e., Singing, Dancing & Stand-up Comedy.
** Participants will have to share their entries on the WhatsApp number 7995666997

Prizes

Participant(s) who shared their videos will be chosen through a random electronic draw / unanimous judge of HIL

a. 40 participants will be given a prize worth Rs 1,000 and
b. 1 winner will be the “Mega Winner” and will get a chance to win Rs 5000/- worth gift items every week.

Terms & Conditions

** The participant will be disqualified if he/ she promotes this Contest through unsolicited commercial e-mail and/or multiple postings.
** Each Participant must share their own Videos, on or before the Closing Date to be in the Contest for winning Prizes

** No telephone calls to HIL will be accepted. By entering the Contest, each Participant promises that he or she fulfills the eligibility requirements.
** HIL will pick forty one (41) participant as ‘prize winner(s)’

** HIL will send a message to the Prize Winners on their profile on the respective platform on which the contest is held. In the event the Prize Winners do not acknowledge / accept / collect within the stipulated timeline and/ or do not provide the information as requested by HIL within the
timelines, HIL has the right to forfeit the prize and HIL shall have the right to award the same prize(s) to another Participant(s).

** Contest entries and any materials (whether in written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) of the Participants is the property of HIL and shall have the right, in perpetuity, to use the material in any medium (including internet) free of charge and in any reasonable manner it deems fit.

** HIL’s Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of HIL and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Contest in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

** The Prize Winners may be liable for any taxes, duties, perquisite tax, income tax and/or surcharges that may be levied on competition/contest prizes/ awards and for any expenses not specified in the description of the prizes.

** The prize in the Contest may be subject to variation at the discretion of HIL, and any change in the prize will be final and binding upon every Participant who enters this Contest. If the event gets cancelled due to any reason, HIL holds no responsibility for awarding the prize to the winner.
