KITKAT Grandbreaks Contest

KitKat Grandbreaks Consumer Benefit Program for voluntary participation of consumers, sponsored and launched by Nestlé India Limited.

Program Period

The Program is valid only in India from 25/09/2021 to 30/10/2021

Eligibility

** This Program will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of State of Tamil Nadu and the phone numbers belonging to the state of Tamil Nadu telecom circle, employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of Nestlé India and the Agency

** Nestlé India or the Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play.
** The Program is applicable on specific packs of KIT KAT 2 FINGER Mini 12.8g and KIT KAT 3 FINGER 27.5g only

Program Timings

The Participants who send the valid and correct SMS between 9AM to 9PM during the Program Period are eligible to participate in the Program.

How to Participate?

To participate in the Program, Participants are required to send an SMS

Step 1 : As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with 10 digit valid Lot No. Code printed on the seal of the Promo Pack laminate from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone. e.g. KITKAT LOT NO. to 9902391200.

Step 2 : After sending the SMS, Participant will get a confirmatory message with the link to the microsite which has the digital scratch card

Step 3 : By clicking on the link, it will lead the participant to the microsite, wherein the participant needs to enter their details for OTP verification. Once, the OTP verification is done successfully the prize won by the consumer will be revealed when they scratch the digital scratch card.

Step 4 : On scratching the digital scratch card- The per-minute winner will receive the cash message of Rs. 100(for KITKAT 2 Finger Mini 12.8g pack) or Rs. 200(for KITKAT 3 Finger 27.5g pack) which they can redeem via NEFT/UPI/e-Wallet.

Prize

To participate in the Program, Participants are required to send an SMS

** During the Program Period ( January 15th 2021 at 09:00 hours and after March 1st 2021 at 21:00 hours) Participant stands a chance to win either Per minute prize- A total of 720 Winners will be chosen from amongst all Participants in a day (9 AM to 9 PM) every day, during the Promotion Period. They will be eligible for a per-minute prizes of Rs. 100/- (applicable on purchase of KITKAT 2 Finger Mini 12.8g only) or Rs.200/- (applicable on purchase of KITKAT 3 Finger 27.5g only).

Winners will be chosen through a computerized, scientific random selection by the Agency. Total number of winners is 720 for both KITKAT 2 Finger Mini 12.8g and KITKAT 3 Finger 27.5g combined
** OR

** Per hour prize- A total of 12 Winners will be chosen from amongst all Participants in a day (9 AM to 9 PM) every day, during the Promotion Period Participants will be eligible for per-hour prizes (on purchase of KITKAT 2 Finger Mini 12.8g or KITKAT 3 Finger 27.5g) which can be any one of the following: Samsung Mobile (Samsung M01/2/32GB) or Acer Tablet (Acer One 7 4G 2 GB RAM) or JBL Flip 5 Bluetooth Speakers or JBL Headphone (JBL 500BT) (Total number of winners is 12 for both KITKAT 2 Finger Mini 12.8g and KITKAT 3 Finger 27.5g combined) .

Prizes are only indicative and may. Prizes are subject to availability and continuation of models. In the event the above described models are not available, then Nestle India reserves the right to provide from the available models of smart phone or smart TV.

Winner Selection

A draw through scientific randomized method will be conducted every day.

Winners :
a. For Every Minute Prize :
** A total of 720 per-minute winners will be selected each day wherein 1 winner will be announced for every minute between 9AM to 9PM (i.e. 720 Winners for 720 Minutes) through scientific randomized method

b. For Hourly Prize :
** A total of 12 hourly winners will be selected each day for the grand prize wherein 1 winner will be announced for every hour between 9AM to 9PM (i.e. 12 Winners for 12 Hours) through a scientific randomized method**

Contacting Winners

** The winner list will also be published on the Program website www.grandbreaks.bigcityexperience.com

** Nestlé India at its discretion may ask the Winners to furnish any or all of the following documents – Aadhar, Election ID Card, Passport, Driving License or similar government ID

** Winners will be required to retain and furnish on demand the wrapper of the pack with the winning code.
** Winners will be required to furnish a proof of ownership of participating mobile number
