Taco Bell Lucky Draw Contest

Taco Bell Lucky Draw Contest 2021 is organised by Burman Hospitality Private Limited in India,

Eligibility

** The Contest is open for citizens of India only, over 18 years of age subject to applicable laws.

** This Contest will be open to all the citizens of India with the exception of Taco Bell’s employees and their families, Taco Bell’s agents, distributors, retailers, other channel partners (including their employees).

Contest Period

The Contest starts on February 1, 2021 and ends on February 28, 2021 (both dates inclusive) as per store operational hours.

How to Participate?

Consumer can participate voluntarily, by their own free choice by registering via the Taco Bell application and buying products worth of Rs.59/- (excluding taxes) either online through the Taco Bell application or through Zomato ,and/ or Swiggy or offline from any Taco Bell store in India, except the state of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

Winner Announcement

Taco Bell intends to announce 15 lucky winners every Thursday on social media, Taco Bell App and website of Taco Bell each week in the following manner

** Week 1 (February 1, 2021 to February 7, 2021): Winner announcement is proposed to be on February 11, 2021;
** Week 2 (February 8, 2021 to February 14, 2021): Winner announcement is proposed to be on February 18, 2021;

** Week 3 (February 15, 2021 to February 21, 2021): Winner announcement is proposed to be on February 25, 2021; and
** Week 4 (February 22, 2021 to February 28, 2021): Winner announcement is proposed to be on March 4, 2021.

Customer who have not shared their consent by Tuesday EOD of every week (9th Feb 2021, 16th Feb 2021, 23rd Feb 2021 and 2nd Mar 2021) will not be considered for the previous weeks draw and will be ineligible to participate in the Contest until the Customer makes a minimum purchase of products worth of Rs.59/- (excluding taxes) in the next week again and provide their consent by Tuesday EOD.

Verification

In case the winner is contacted, amongst other things, he/she would be required to verify a valid Government photo identity proof (e.g. Driver’s license, Voter ID card, Passport, Aadhar card, PAN card, or Ration card), at the time of the delivery/collection of the prize.

Terms & Conditions

** Maximum one entry is allowed from one valid mobile number per day. Taco Bell may allow participants to make entries again by transacting in the consecutive days. Multiple entries are not allowed on a single day. Participants take full responsibility of the entries shared by them.

** Prizes are non-transferable & Taco Bell reserves the right to modify/substitute/withdraw the prizes, without any prior notice or intimation. No cash alternatives or any other alternative prizes are available.

** Taco Bell shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, Governmental actions, pandemic and/or any other force majeure circumstances, and will not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.

** If the winner does not take/collect the prize, from the Taco Bell store of participation within 10 days or in the time and manner as prescribed by Taco Bell to the winner, or the winner is not reachable on the mobile number / email id provided by him/her, or in case of any other technical or logistical failure, including any application failure/glitch or downtime, the prize shall be forfeited.

** Any customer participating in the Contest who wins any prize during the period of the Contest shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
** This Contest is not sponsored or endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media website.
