Phase-I : On 27.12.2015 (SUNDAY) at Exhibition Hall of Jayadev Bhawan, Bhubaneswar

Rules :
** Offline Registration everyday (08am to 08pm) at office premises from 01.12.15 to 25.12.15
** Online Registration at trustpanacea.org.in from midnight of 30.11.15 to midnight of 25.12.15
** We will take only 20 (twenty) no. of participants in each group of each event (first 20 deposited forms)
** Deposit your online Registered forms & entry fees at our office before 26.12.2015 or one hour before of competition time at competition place for conformation of your participation and to get your serial number.

Phase –II : On 03.01.2016 (SUNDAY) at Indira Gandhi Park, Bhubaneswar

** Participants will bring their own Art-Painting materials and pen. Only drawing sheet will be provided by us.

Rules :
** We will take only 20 (twenty) no. of participants in each group of each event (first 20 deposited forms)
** Participants must reach the competition place 1 hour before the scheduled time. Participants must come with costume and make up & USB/CD/DVD ready for play. Only good songs will be taken into consideration for judgement. Cat walk, Self-introduction for all participants, but question – answer for all participants except Special Group in fashion show.
** Offline Registration (08am to 08pm) every day at office premises from 01.12.15 to 01.04.16
** Online Registration at trustpanacea.org.in from midnight of 30.11.15 to midnight of 02.04.2016
** Deposit your online Registered forms & Entry fees at our office before 02.04.2016 or one hour before of competition time at competition place for confirmation of your participation & get serial number.

Note :
1. Judges’ and organizing committee decision will be final in every matter.
2. Applicant will be declared as TALENT OF THE YEAR if he/she will score 140 points (must have two 1st positions).
3. Points will be calculated as per (1st Position -30 points, 2nd Position-20 points, 3rd Position -10 points per event.).
4. Points will not be calculated for TALENT OF THE YEAR secured from Modern Dance (Duet) and Fashion Show
5. If number of participants will be less than 10 in a group, it will be merged with the next group.
6. Results of these competitions will be published on our Website after two days of the competition.
