Royal Enfield BYOL Contest
Tired of dreaming? Want to witness them turning into reality?
It’s time to Build Your Own Legend on the all new Royal Enfield Meteor 350, a platform designed to provide boundless opportunities to express your creative side and unleash your dreams on two wheels.
How It Works?
1. Register & download the Meteor 350 template.
2. Design your custom version of the Meteor 350 while staying true to the Meteor’s cruiser roots.
3. Winners to be decided by three different panels : The Royal, The Pro and The Peoples Ride
4. Develop your concepts further with our design team & have them built by the best custom builders in the country.

Entries should be submitted in PDF form.
How to Participate?
** By clicking the checkbox on the registration page available at [add the link], you agree to participate in Royal Enfield Build Your Own Legend contest, scheduled to take place between [start date] and [end date], and further, that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the same.
** To participate in the Contest, you need to create custom motorcycle designs based on the Royal Enfield Meteor.
** You may choose any static image format to communicate the above-mentioned Content, such as, sketch, illustration or graphic. These Contents shall be uploaded by you on our custom world contest page available at [add the link].
Judging Criteria
** Start from our latest offering, the Meteor, and let your imagination go from there. It’s important you stay true to the DNA and character of the Meteor, and build your design from there.
It’s a cruiser, so think along those lines. Do you dream of cruising the motor ways or cruising to your favorite coffee shop? Is it about being seen or riding further? How can the bike become an extension of you, your personality and your passions? Or is it about matching your personal style?
** Entries will be judged on two criteria : an image of what your dream bike looks like (it can be a sketch, photo collage, etc. Don’t worry if you’re not a designer or artist! We’ll help you to make it look great – but we do need to understand your idea), and a short story about why this is your dream. Both parts have equal weight in the judging.
Important Dates
** Entries open on 1st February 2021
** And must be submitted by 14th March 2021
Terms & Conditions
** You acknowledge and agree as follows
(i) that the designs, trademarks, logos, name etc. available on the Royal Enfield website for download, are Royal Enfield intellectual property (“Royal Enfield IP”) and that any use, modification, derivatives, alterations, reproduction, transmission etc. of same shall be subject to Royal Enfield’s limited license to use the Royal Enfield IP for creating the Content to participate in the Contest;
(ii) that Royal Enfield shall have the sole and exclusive ownership of the Content to the extent it incorporates Royal Enfield IP and you shall not have the right to use the Royal Enfield IP and Content incorporating such Royal Enfield IP for any purpose other than to participate in the Contest;
(iii) that Royal Enfield shall, at its sole discretion, be free to choose the winners of the Contest based on the content generated by them;
(iv) three (03) winning concepts along with participant details will be announced by Royal Enfield on [announcement date] through [name of the announcement medium/platform];
(v) that each of these top entries/ Content creators will ??be paired up with an appropriate custom builder, with whom they will be working to build their motorcycles, on such terms as may be communicated to the winners;
(vi) that these three (03) motorcycles will then be showcased by Royal Enfield in a grand reveal at an event or show that it sees fit.
(vii) the three (03) custom built motorcycles will be the property of EML and all IP’s arising from the design will belong to EML
(viii) the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Royal Enfield reserves the right to substitute either any part of prize or whole prize for similar or such other prize as may be deemed fit by Royal Enfield.
** By sharing/submitting the Content for participating in the Contest, you grant Royal Enfield royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable and worldwide right and license to use, display, modify, transmit and reproduce the Content generated/submitted by you and Royal Enfield shall be free to use and exploit the same for any purpose it deems fit, including without limitation, for marketing, promotion and commercial gains. You further agree that Royal Enfield is under no obligation to pay you any consideration, whether monetary or otherwise, for the license granted herein.
