Set India My Limitless Talent Contest

My Limitless Talent Contest being conducted by Maruti Suzuki India Ltd in association with Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited with respect to the show “Indian Idol Season 12”

Who Can Participate?

The Activity is open only to any person who
(i) is above eighteen (18) but not above thirty (30) years of age as on March 27, 2021;
(ii) is a citizen of India and residing in India;
(iii) is of sound mind and health;
(iv) does not have any criminal conviction;

Note :
Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of MS and SPNIPL and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Activity in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Activity.

Activity Period

March 27, 2021 to April 06, 2021

How to Participate?

1. The Participant can participate in the Activity only through the Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

2. In order to participate, the Participant shall upload a video of not more than 60 secs, showcasing their singing or any musical instrument playing talent on their Instagram, Twitter or Facebook accounts with the hashtag “ #mylimitlesstalent” in the description of the post.

It is hereby clarified that the Participant shall be solely responsible for the music/songs used in the post/video.

3. While recording the video, the Participant should ensure that he/she is in a well-lit place and his/her face is clearly visible in the video. Additionally, the phone camera and mic should be functioning properly, and the Participant should have a good internet connectivity.

The Participant should also ensure that the camera is not shaking/ moving while recording.

Selection Process

** From the entries received, Organizers shall shortlist and select the top 2 or 3 performances. The process of shortlisting and selection of the Winners shall be at the sole discretion of Organizers.

** The declaration of the Winners shall at all times be subject to the background and verification check to be done by the Organizers. Should the Participant not be able to submit any documents to Organizers satisfaction or is disqualified for any other reason, then Organizers shall have the right to disqualify such Winner and have the sole right to choose any other participant as the Winner.

Winner Announcement

The names of the Winners shall be announced on the Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages of MS.

Prizes

** The top 2 or 3 Winners shall win a chance to record a music video with the contestants of the Show (“ Music Video”). All decisions with respect to the Music Video shall be solely taken by SPNIPL.

** SPNIPL shall communicate the date, day and time for the shoot of the Music Video with the Winners. In the event the Winners are unable to make themselves available for the shoot of the Music Video, then SPNIPL shall have the right to disqualify such Winner and choose an alternative winner, at its sole discretion.

The shoot of the Music Video will take place in Mumbai. The travel, boarding and lodging expenses of the Winners shall be borne by the Organizers.

** The Winner shall be required to sign additional undertakings and documents for the shoot and recording of the music video. Any participation in the Music Video shall be subject to the Winner signing the documents required by SPNIPL and/or MS.
